I ordered this July of 2021 and attached to my back swing. Very relaxing and surprised out how long it has lasted so far being that it hangs vertical then goes upside down and then horizontal about 3x a week (I have mine attached to a back swing). It’s tough and built well.

Excellent product! Straight forward instructions on the manual and App interface. Variety on the modes with 5 different ones, that provide personalized massage sessions. You can absolutely feel how the tension melts away! Choosing which body areas to target and the intensity of the massage as low, medium and high. Makes it so simple to get the massage experience you desire! Also de pillow with shiatsu massage can be turn on/off as desired. In addition you could decide if turning on/off the heating and be used independently of the massage. So far, after first time use, happy with the purchase and the money invested on it. I’m very disappointed with this product and the misleading way it was presented on Amazon. This is not the first time I’ve experienced this issue. The pictures and description clearly stated that the Shiatsu neck pillow was removable, but in reality, it was fixed and could not be detached as promised.
I bought this item as a birthday gift for my husband, and you completely ruined the surprise and the effect it was supposed to have. Instead of a joyful moment, we were left frustrated and disappointed. My husband was clearly unhappy that the product didn’t match what was advertised, and I felt even worse — like I was put in a foolish and embarrassing position because I trusted what you claimed.
Please take more care with your product descriptions and images. When customers buy something for a special occasion, the last thing they want is to feel misled and disappointed.

It is really good value for the money. With this item, I can get massage to the shoulder, back, lumbar, led and neck. It has built in heat option also. I feel so relax and help me so much for release muscle pain from intense exercise routine. The mat is very soft and comfortable. I am sleeping on them during the massage session. There are the knuckles built in under that mat that make the massage work. If these knuckle points are softer, it would be nicer for sleep on. However, it is comfortable enough. In addition, the pillow can be detach from the mat and use separately, it is a nice option to have.
For the customer service, they are exceptionally good. They provide 2 years of warranty which help with my confidence with the quality of the item. They have fast email reply and over deliver from what I bought. They provide a 2 years extended warranty and extra item that is so valuable. By far, quality item and exceptional service.

This item had a nice size and the heat settings worked great, the massage part was horrifically painful when it was on. I do have some medical conditions that might be the reason it hurt. But I was needing it to give me help relaxing my muscle muscles and it did the opposite.
So I returned it and they have had the item for over a month and I still don’t have a refund for it. So just beware if you buy it and you don’t like it you’re gonna have to fight to get your refund apparently cause I’m having to fight with them.

The neck pillow is great too. Soft squishy foam that makes you want to close your eyes and sleep. The Shih Tzu massager is perfect too. Not to rough to where it hurts but digs just deep enough to get where you need it with the right amount of pressure.
I guess the only “complaints” I have about this item is the heat feature and the cable links.
The heat is not as good as I hoped it would be. It heats up (and it heats up good don’t get me wrong) but I wish it heated up a bit better. It’s not as warm as I hoped it would be is what I’m trying to say, but that might just be mine, I cannot speak for the other products. I only tried the heat function for 15 minutes maybe it just takes longer to really heat up. I’ll keep trying it and I’ll let you all know.
My other problem which is my biggest complaint is it’s not as portable as I hoped it would be. You have to be pretty close to a plug to be able to use this product and the cable is not exactly the longest in the world. Not to mention you have to plug it in on a specific side or else you’ll be laying on the cord which could ruin it. And none of this would be a problem if it was just the mat, but the pillow is like this too! They could’ve made that a chargeable detachable. Who wants to plug in a pillow?!
Still though it’s all still way more portable than an massage chair so I will take what I can get lol

Am enjoying the mat in my recliner. Many options on the control make it easy to customize your massage. Only thing I can say is
for the heat to be adaptable around the mat would have been better, as it get hot around your buttocks more so then anywhere else.

This is an amazingly comfortable massage mat! I love the design, options, size, and materials used. I suffer from some serious health issues and back pain. The vibrations, combined with the warming feature and Shiatsu neck pillow attachment (also featuring a warming option), provide pain relief. My daughters both love it, and soon everyone in the family will have their own. My brother bought a Shiatsu massage chair by Comfier two years ago, so I knew I could trust this brand. Didn’t have to think twice about it. I would recommend this mat and brand 100 times over!

In all honesty the best part of this is the neck massager. Why its called a full body massager IDK because it only really massages your neck. Not sure about the price point on this because I believe its about 50 dollars to much.

I returned the 1st one after it started making squealing noises. The pillow, which is the only part that massages, broke after a week. Got a replacement, pillow screwed up straight out of the box. I would NOT buy this vibrating mat with a bad massage pillow.

this product is fantastic! I had a different massager that was very uncomfortable, you could feel all the internal components, which made it very uncomfortable. This one is exactly the opposite. It is very comfortable and soft. I especially love the shiatsu massage in the headrest, I use it on my neck and also on my lower back, I highly recommend this product.

I bought this for my husband, he was looking at a “as seen on tv” one that sold for double this price. He loves it! It vibrates and heats and fits great in his recliner. It allows for the heat and the vibration to extend from his neck and shoulders all the way down to his calves. Well worth the price! If i were to change anything, I would have it include a strap to attach it to the recliner, the only strap mine had was attached to the neck massager. I had to use an extra large elastic strap.
