COSRX products are always first rate. Having used the AHA/BHA for years, thought to try this. Not sure what adding the C has done, but do not regularly use C products, so not a good judge. COSRX KB products have great price for the benefit. They never skimp on quality and are long-lasting. This is a pour bottle, which can lead to quicker use-up than the spray. There are other toners for your choice (e.g. propolis). I will never be without a COSRX toner. Check EWG, Incidecoder, COSDNA. These are highly rated and GRAS. And if you don’t believe you need a toner, try it and you’ll find you do!

Not good, not bad. Nothing special for my normal skin. Maybe it takes off traces of makeup left behind. I put it in a spray bottles as opposed to swiping it on my skin so I don’t know.

I got this toner as one of four in a sample set. It’s one of two that I reordered. I really like this for keeping my skin generally fresh and mostly flake free, especially in the winter, and I bet it will serve equally well to keep my pores from getting clogged in the summer. I wouldn’t say this exfoliates a lot, just enough to create a nice clean canvass, and I’ve seen a bit of brightening over time.
I use this in the morning after cleansing with micellar water. I apply this with a cotton round (actually one round torn apart to be half as thick, so I don’t waste product) right afterwards and it absorbs in just a few seconds — no stickiness, etc. I follow with a couple of other hydrating / soothing toners that I like (the Cosrx propolis mixed with Cos de Baha Niacinamide toner) and then a serum cocktail. Some days I don’t even need moisturizer, although I usually top it all off with the Mizon snail gel cream.
My skin is pretty reactive, but I don’t consider this a heavy active. I save those for night time. This is just enough to keep things fresh and bright in the morning, when I never have enough time to go through a full face wash to really scrub off whatever I put on the night before.
BTW I liked all 4 of the toners that came in the Cosrx sample pack, if you’re undecided you should definitely grab that before getting the full size of any of them. This one (Refresh ABC Daily) I like because it’s different from anything I had. I love propolis and have it in two steps of my AM routine, so the Full Fit Propolis Synergy was obviously a must-purchase for me too. The Hydrium Watery Toner was a little too light for when I usually use a hyaluronic acid toner (PM) and I have something heavier I already ike, so I gave that trial bottle to my husband. And I like the thicker texture of my Purito green toner better than the more watery Cosrx Cica toner, so that one I just stashed away — nothing wrong with it, I just like a thicker cica step at night.
