I bought a variety pack like this years ago and finally ran out. I was thrilled to find this variety pack with half being stainless steel and half being a flexible bar. I wasn’t entirely sure what I’d like more, I’m used to stainless, but I like the idea of the flexible bar. Here are a few thoughts:
-Variety: I was very pleased with the variety I received. There are plenty of colors and designs to keep me from getting bored. I only wish there were a few more glitter ones, but it’s not a big deal since I know these are random.
-Stainless barbell: I’ve always had stainless and like it. It is easy to clean and has a low incidence of reactions. These appear to be as good as any stainless barbells I’ve had in the past.
-Flexible bar: This was new for me. I like being able to mess around with it and bend the barbell. It doesn’t feel quite as clean and smooth as the stainless. But I think it’ll be better on my teeth since I bite the barbell sometimes. I haven’t had any reactions to the bar. I should note I’ve had my tongue piercing in for 18 years, so it is very well healed.
-Cleaning: I want to note that it is not advisable to seak acrylic in alcohol. One reviewer had mentioned that it damaged the jewelry, but a quick internet search shows that it is inadvisable to use that to clean. I do use alcohol wipes to clean the metal barbell and a quick swipe of it across the ball, but I definitely won’t be soaking anything in alcohol.
Overall, you can’t go wrong for the price, even if you don’t love all the designs. At retail stores I’ve paid more for one piece than I did for all 110 of these.

I mean, majority of these are flimsy, yes.. But what do you expect. Also, I’ve have one in since I bought them and hasn’t broken. Been over a week. I went through them and discovered there are a handful that aren’t flimsy so I’ll use those once this one breaks. People buy inexpensive but expect the world – so the bad reviews, don’t listen to them.

So these are ok but I cannot wear any of the metal ones. Idk what is in it but I’ve tried a few different ones now and it irritates my piercing very badly. The only issue really with the plastic ones is the threading wears out really fast so if you tend to take yours in and out like I do they don’t last a super long time but I’d say for what I paid it’s still worth the purchase and I’ll just get all plastic next time.

Great Value. This is exactly what I was looking for. Came within good time, with many cool designs both acrylic and metal. The acrylic ones also seem to have great durability (which usually isn’t the case with tongue rings)
Now I will never run out and fear for it closing up!

These are great quality as they are very durable great colors! My wife loves the sparkly in them and they are very comfortable to wear. The plastic ones are very bendy that can be great for some people although I don’t like the plastic ones. Many people always notice when I have one with sparkles on as they sparkle a lot
