This is a wonderful product! I seriously was so worried about my 7 kittens eye site. They were all full of puss and had yellow puss coming out each time I would wipe them with a warm wet towels morning and night to try to help them. It was so bad. I put this eye ointment on each of them and by the next morning they were wide eyed and no puss!!! I was completely amazed! Def will keep this in my medicine cabinet for the future. Would HIGHLY recommend!!!

My cat had severe conjunctivitis due to an upper respiratory infection. It took 1 day for her eye to go from swollen and red and weepy, to pink and no longer swollen and no longer weeping. It took one more day for it to completely clear her eye and she’s back to normal. She’s still congested, but she now has one less really uncomfortable issue working against her. She is moving around and her spirits are high again.
Really easy to use. Does not cause any discomfort to the cat to apply, sticks in the eye very well, and it just works so fast. Great price to heal your family member quickly with out going to the vet, if you know what you need and what you’re doing. It’s a small tube but you don’t use a lot during application so it’ll last you a while.

I purchased this item for a neighbor. A cat that had come up had matted eyes & trying to keep them washed off/out was not working. Worked well on my miniature schnauzers eye. It was friday and she had been pawing at her eye and even scratched a raw spot on her upper lid. Ordered this ointment and got the next day. Applied ointment 2x/day for two 2 days and the irritation seems to have subsided. She is no longer pawing at her eye, and the sore in her lid has healed and no more weepy eye. The little tube is kind of pricey however we would have to wait to get into the vet til Monday (unless we used emergency vet) in that time this med resolved her eye issue (so probably saved minumim $100 for regular vet visit). Seems like a good med to have on hand for pet’s minor eye irritation and to use before problems escalate.

Amazing. I know this is going to sound like I’m being over the top dramatic so let me preface by saying I bought this product completely on my own after doing research. It was not pushed on me by any company at all.
This product is absolutely amazing, better than I expected. Usually I would’ve gone with terramycin however now that it requires a prescription I just didn’t think it was necessary to pay an exuberant vet bill for what was clearly conjunctivitis which is common among feral kittens. This product works just as good if not better than the terramycin. I put this on a 6ish week old kitten about 35hrs ago, in that time she’s had 3 doses and within that time her eyes look almost entirely better! The tube is kind of small BUT you literally only need a tiny bit for each eye so I can imagine this will last a long time! So the value for the money is definitely worth it! As far as ease of use, that’s where the missing star comes in. The directions are very vague and don’t really tell you if there’s a different amount to use per weight or even which animals it’s safe to use on. Luckily as a rescuer and foster I’m very familiar with conjunctivitis in kittens/cats so I knew how much to use and the easiest way to apply but for someone new to this kind of product I could see it being difficult.
With all that being said, if your cat has conjunctivitis I HIGHLY recommend this product!!!

One day a while back, while I was drying my rescue mini schnauzer from her latest bath, I noticed an usual amount of sticky build up in the corner of her eye (like far more than the normal eye boogers you would see) and became concerned that she had an eye infection, as her eyeball was a bit red. When I was able to safely remove the gunk, it was clear that something was a bit off and she would need more than just an eyewash to enable it to heal. I did a little bit of research into natural remedies for eye irritation and came across this little tube with great reviews and I knew, from friends who are vet techs, that this is very much like what they would prescribe at the vet but without the hefty price tag of a visit (not to mention the stress my furbaby experiences.) Yes, the tube is tiny, but a little goes a LONG way. When it arrived, I braced myself for the fight my dog would put up in getting the product into her eyes….to my surprise, it was easy peasy! A tiny bit on my clean finger, the paste/gel stays in place and goes right to work! Her eye redness and discharge cleared within the first few hours and the more consistent I was with administering it to her, the better it got. My baby was back to good in a matter of a few days. Absolutely would purchase this again. Save yourself a trip to the vet and get this for your animal!

I got this product to have on hand in my dog’s first aid box. I’ve used eye ointments with the active ingredients contained in this product before (oxytetracycline HCI and polymycin B sulphate), and it quickly treats many gram-positive and gram-negative bacterial infections (the most common canine eye infection this is used for is conjunctivitis). For some time, this has been unavailable; it’s nice to see that iron grip loosen a little. Simple antibiotics like this should absolutely be accessible. The only thing I’m really disappointed in is the steep price for this extremely small tube. Terramycin ointment used to be available in much larger tubes for a fraction of the price. It’s rather extortionate for such an inexpensive medication.

Cleared up kittens eye infection quickly. We adopted 3 kittens that had colds and eye infections, so I ordered this and started treating them immediately. My English Bulldog could not open his eyes due to bacteria (I believe), swelling and irritation. I cleaned his eyes with pet eye wash 5 times per day; no change. After a few days of using this ointment 2 -3 times per day, he can completely open his eyes and is back to usual shenanigan’s! Great product!

Gel has no odor to it. It’s very easy to apply and best of all. It worked within a few days of using it. My dog had some white gunk that would accumulate in her eye and it helped fix it. Great product.
