I use these in my water because I used to love the soda. I’ve had bariatric surgery so no longer drink anything carbonated. They’re not as good as the soda unless you’ve had the surgery & your tastes have changed. (Or you just want to be healthier) They are actually pretty sweet tasting for my preference yet so I water them down in a 2 quart pitcher with an added packet of Liquid IV, that helps but is still sometimes too much. (Some of the flavors of Liquid IV are overpowering) I have to water it down even more or put TONS of ice in it. Liquid IV in Grape pairs well with the Grape Crush. Orange & Pineapple Crush both pair well with both White Peach & Pina Colada Liquid IV. (Pineapple is NOT included in this pack. Instead they give you 2 Orange 🙄 my least favorite, go figure 😏) Strawberry & Cherry Crush go well with Golden Cherry &/or Strawberry &/or Watermelon Liquid IV. I get dehydrated quickly & easily, hence the liquid IV.

Crush kills it with fruit flavors. I always loved crush strawberry soda because of the flavor and the after taste. Somehow crush managed to get the earthy flavor of a real strawberry in the soda and I was always amazed by that and decided to try the drink mix. It’s great. You just have to make sure all the powder is mixed well. These powders leave some clumps when mixing in cold water but I don’t care because I love the flavor so much. The orange flavor is great and so is the watermelon. I haven’t tried the pineapple. I am still losing weight on my diet while drinking these as well. I hope crush doesn’t change a thing because I love the flavor so much.

On my weight loss journey so needed something other than water especially since I’m a recovering soda addict lol and this definitely help curb my soda cravings and added something different because all I’ve been drinking is water and wanted something different but still low calorie. The only reason this has a 4 instead of a 5 star is because the only flavor I can drink is the pineapple and sometimes the strawberry the others are nasty but everyone’s tastebud is different so u might like those.
