I purchased these on the recommendation of my physical therapist, after having a total knee replacement. Using them was very helpful in keeping the scar tissue loose. Now I use them on other areas. It really is crazy that something like this can help as much as it does.

Cups provide strong suction that feels just like glass cups. Awesome product! I love the various sizes too, they work for different areas.

Worked well

Cups for every area of body and face great for lifting and depuffing

This is a cute little set! I’ve been mostly using it for face and neck cupping as the larger cups aren’t strong enough for a good back cupping session.
The variety of sizes is good and there are two of each size (except the biggest).
The strength is perfect for facial cupping.

Thought these were a soft silicone, they are not. They are very hard plastic.

C’est bien le produit que j’ai commandé mais le silicone est très rigide et difficile à pincer pour faire une succion adéquate.

This is the first set of cups that I’ve bought and so far, they seem to be holding up well. I noticed that my chiropractor used this on one of my sessions and decided to give these cups a try. They are cheap to buy but do seem to be made from a durable source. For me, the best part of this cup set is that they give you a variety of different cup sizes. Since I purchased these cups for my swollen ankle, I am unable to say how effective they are for other parts of the body but since using these on my ankle, I can safely say that these hold their suction, easy to put on and take off. Just make sure that you use some sort of lotion, moisturizer, etc otherwise you will lose suction. Overall, I’m impressed with the price point and how well these hold their suction

I’m pretty sure these are junk and I’m going to have to return them. I washed them and got my face and neck all moisturized and was disappointed that I couldn’t get them to suction. Then finally- one suctioned and stayed on my forehead. It wouldn’t slide so I pulled it off only to find a HUGE CIRCULAR BRUISE had already formed!!! There should be some leeway between not sticking and injuring my face in less than 20 seconds. I think the silicone is too thick so it takes too much negative pressure to get them to suction- at least too much for the face.
UPDATE
So- turns out the larger ones do a LOT for loosening the fascia in the legs and arms. They feel great and it’s pretty easy to do in your own. Would likely make for a good back and shoulder treatment if you had help.
I do still believe they bruise the face a little too easily to come without more warning. I marked up my neck as well and the cups were never suctioned hard and never stopped sliding.
So I’m gonna up the stars I gave a little. I will not be using these on my face or neck but I think I will enjoy them for massaging my legs and arms.

They work great for when you need to apply cups yourself. They also glide easily and come with a cute bag for storage.

They don’t stay on as long as the glass type.

A great little set for cupping at home. I have TMJ and chronic neck and shoulder aches from a skiing accident. I use the smallest ones on my face, neck and temples. They work best if you are in the tub or shower and get your skin really soapy. The size of them makes it easy to control bruising. Just keep them constantly in motion and you should not have any problems with that.

I ordered this facility cupping set. It was pink, oh so pretty!
The rubber that the cups are made of is a bit hard, not as pliable more expensive once I have tried. How ever it does seem that after many many many uses they will soften up and make it easier to use especially the larger cup for like your stomach or thighs.
I’ve never used cups for facial cupping but have held them before.
Trying them for the first time made it difficult because the instructions were not easy to understand. So I went on the youtube and found a ton of video tutorials to help learn house to use for the face and neck.
Long story short, they do the job of sucking, but it’s been about 2.5 months and have not seen any results on the skin. Maybe I’m doing something wrong.
Lastly, I think it’s a decent starter facial cupping set but if you can spend a bit more for the quality do it.

I got these to use on my neck and face to help with TMJ symptoms. If you use too large of a cup or don’t glide quickly enough, they can cause bruising/broken capillaries. I use coconut oil on my neck and jaw before I use the cups and they glide easily and the coconut oil doesn’t cause me to break out. A great price and now I’ve got my own set for use at-home.

Easy to use and seems to work well

My physical therapist used these on me and I loved them. She gave me the Amazon link. I love them! I have used them on my mom’s shoulder and my husband’s back. Easy to use and having so many sizes to choose from makes them perfect for any body part.

This is a nice set – different sizes for different uses. I use the tall thin one on a surgery scar – it seems to be helping a lot. I use the bigger diameter one for leg muscle tightness and abdomen. Easy to use and easy to clean.

The cups are a little stiff to squeeze, but they are a great value for your buck. I went to a massage and she glided a cup along my skin, it felt great. I came home and purchased these to glide along my skin and they do the job. My husband found headache relief when I worked on him and he has helped me too. We use a little coconut oil with a pump and it works well to use these cups.

Love them. They work perfect

Gentle on the skin, use on many body parts, and noticing a difference in a week of consistent use.

I’m usually the person that reads reviews rather than writing them. I just wanted to comment because I was pleasantly surprised. It’s very easy to use and for the price point the quality was very good (I was shocked-I kinda expected it to be poor quality). Turn around shipping time was actually faster than Amazon projected. I’m still getting the hang of it but that’s to be expected. Warning, it is not for the faint of heart. I have a pretty good pain tolerance and underestimated it the first time I used it. I’ve found what works best for me is establishing a routine. I alternate exfoliating or dry brushing (really depending on my mood several times a week). On days I’m planning on using the suction cups I’ll spend a little extra time on the areas I’m planing on cupping. After a warm shower, I use coconut oil on said areas and massage in circular motions (as best as I can) for about 10 minutes. You do have to squeeze the cups a little bit to get the suction and it’s trial and error how much pressure to apply because it does make a difference in the level of suction it gives you. That being said, DO NOT go ham and squeeze the cup as much as you to suction as much skin as you can. It will hurt, and you will feel sore the next day! As for the facial cups, I’ve only used them on my face as I find it’s harder to use the other medium sizes down my neck. It’s not as user friendly, again I’m sure a lot of it has to do with my learning curve. Anyways, good luck to you guys who are considering this & happy cupping!
