Their website FAQ says, “All of our Crack Spice blends are gluten-free, VEGAN, and made without any artificial additives or preservatives.” However, after receiving this, I looked at the ingredients and discovered it contains chicken.
I emailed the company over a week ago and they never responded. In addition, Amazon says this item isn’t returnable. If you are vegetarian, vegan, kosher, or halal, this spice won’t work for you.
As a side note, it was surprising to discover that the NUMBER ONE ingredient in this spice isn’t a spice at all – it’s sugar. So it’s likely not diabetic-friendly either.

I love spicy heat! I expected this to be hotter from the picture on the can. LOL. I didn’t find it any spicier than medium spice level at your average Thai restaurant. While the Crack Spice was not as hot as I would have hoped, I did still really like it! It’s great for adding flavor to steamed vegetables or rice. It does have sugar in it which surprised me. I like the flavor profile, but have to skip this when I’m eating Keto.

Sprinkled a little on a cheese quesadilla with Marie Sharp’s garlic habanero and diced jalapeños. It really rounded out the flavor, delicious!!!

Seriously the best spice ive ever used. On my steak, eggs, tacos, fruit even. Was very good. I love the other spices too from crack spice. Probably the only spice brand ill start using religiously. Most brands spices all taste the same, crack spice has spices that are unlike any spices you’ve had before. You can tell they put a lot of thought and effort into creating new flavors.

I got this for my sister because she enjoys trying new spices. She said this one was really good and reminds her of Tajin, the Mexican seasoning. So if you enjoy Tajin, you will enjoy this as well.

Been waiting for days for this and finally got it. I love Szechuan tingle and extremely spicy/hot food. Sprinkled some on hand.. nothing. Got out a small spoon ( a little less than teaspoon) this is dry Szechuan crack only. Ate it. Sweet, yes. Spicy, no, tingling zero. Not what I thought it would be.
Also it came maybe opened…powder was everywhere.

The Szechuan Crack Spice is hands down the best spice mix I’ve ever had in my life. I put it on burgers, chicken, popcorn, salad – hell I will even take a daily pinky dip of it straight from the box just to get my daily hit of flavor. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars but here we are. Do not sleep on this Crack Spice or any of the other flavors.
