These work great!! I love them for my feet and recently took in a young man who’d been homeless for three years prior to my meeting him. He had a hard time adjusting to being housed when he first got here and he ran away for three weeks, but found his way back home. Apparently he lost his shoes after two weeks and spent the final week running barefoot everywhere, including when he was sleeping in the woods and walking in gravel and asphalt. His feet were shredded and swollen and hot to the touch when he got home – to the point I wanted to take him to the hospital. He just wanted to shower, eat, and sleep, so instead, I made him thoroughly wash his feet and then put these booties on him overnight; his feet were so improved by morning that we didn’t have to go. (FWIW, this is six months later and my bonus kid is now feeling safe and secure, had a job, and has not run away since. 😊)

Great product, moisturises the feet nicely, however they are difficult to seperate them without tearing the actual boot. I followed the instructions, but they seem to be poorly designed. They fit my size 13 feet perfectly.

Product did not come in its own box. Opened one pack to use and the product had leaked, very little fluid left in the booties. The sticker to seal the booties didn’t work anymore. Give this a miss.

The best foot mask in the market. Best if you combine it with the exfoliating mask and then use this to get the perfect result. Very easy to use, the moisturizer is not greasy at all, and gets absorbed very well.

As other reviews have said, these aren’t as easy to open and secure as the instructions say. The inside lining had to be separately peeled open and the adhesive fastener slipped off entirely. I kept them on my feet by putting socks over them which also helped me not slip and slide on the kitchen floor. There is a little tingling sensation. Not unpleasant but unexpected. The scent is nice and helps make it feel like a spa experience. If I had to choose, I do prefer the Aquaphor booties over these, but they’re still top quality and a good price.

I’ve tried a lot of foot masks over the years, and I was hopeful about this one since I deal with chronic heel dryness. Right out of the package, the Dr. Scholl’s foot mask feels nice: it’s cooling and lightly scented. My feet did feel noticeably softer after use, especially around the heels and the base of my big toes (where my feet get most dry).

That said, there are a couple of design issues that made the experience not user friendly. The “seal tab” that’s supposed to close the mask around your ankles doesn’t actually stick, so the booties slide around and don’t stay secure. I ended up putting socks over them to keep everything in place, which worked but wasn’t ideal.

In terms of results, the hydration was temporary. My feet felt moisturized for a day or two, but the dryness came back pretty quickly. I also noticed a mild tingling sensation when I left it on for more than 35 minutes, so setting a timer is a good idea.

If your feet are severely dry or cracked, this might give you a quick moisture boost. But for moderate dryness like mine, it’s more of a short-term fix than a long-term solution.

I think these are fantastic, with one complaint: you open them and can’t figure out how the heck to put them on. The instructions say pull the edges apart, but the whole footie is SEALED. The only way to open them is take some scissors and cut a piece off the top, then rip it and shove your foot inside. I actually came to the reviews the first time I used them, to find out what I was missing. Turns out I wasn’t missing anything. Dr. Scholl was missing part of his manufacturing process apparently. They must have forgotten to pay the children in the factory when it came to step five on the line. :-0

That said, the actual booties are great. The lotion inside is very soothing and helpful for dry feet. I end up leaving them on for longer than it says, because it’s so nice. My foot (w size 11) barely fits, but maybe that little bit of compression is helpful, too. It’s a great excuse to stretch out on the bed, open the IPad, tell Alexa to play some brown noise and have a little bit of me time. Oh, and the lotions smells delightful! Kind of lemony.

If not for the issue of inability to open the sock without resorting to scissors, I’d give it a strong five.

I’ve been using Dr. Scholl’s Dry Cracked Skin Ultra Hydrating Foot Cream for a few weeks and it’s been working well for me. The cream is thick but not greasy and it absorbs faster than I expected. After a few uses my heels felt smoother and the rough dry areas started to soften.

I like that the scent is mild and not overpowering. A little goes a long way so the tube should last a while. I usually apply it at night and put socks on and that seems to help it work better by morning.

It’s not an instant fix and it does take consistent use to see real improvement especially if your feet are very dry or cracked. Overall it’s a solid foot cream that actually helps with dryness and is worth buying if you want something effective without feeling oily.

I cannot believe this is a 4.3 rated product. To put it succintly, I have never had problems with cracked heels since using this. Yes, other products that I’ve used in the past were able to help with intensive use, but this product is so good that even if I only apply it once or twice after feeling dry skin or even a painful crack in the side of my foot for example, it will still typically work. Add to that, the ease of use compared to something like a cream. It’s night and day. So easy to apply, works great… Five stars. The cost compared to a cream seems good to me, although I haven’t done intensive comparison or anything. The creams I used in the past (little blue can) went pretty fast, and were expensive. Hopefully it will work for you as well as it does for me.

My bf wears a size 12w and these barely fit. The smell of them reminded me of Burt’s bees hand salve. They took his feet from gnarly to almost sandal ready in one application. Had to open them with scissors tho bc the sock was sealed at the top.

I am pleased with this product overall. Some things about my experience:
Directions say to firmly grip the bootie below the seam and tug apart. This was a fail – the bootie didn’t open and I ended up ripping it down the side. I had to cut open the top seam with a scissor which actually seemed to work the best. The mask is unisex and one size fits most. It was fairly large on my women’s 7.5 foot. There’s a (supposedly sticky) tab attached that’s supposed to let you tightly secure the bootie at the ankle. However both tabs had no stickiness. I actually found the putting a snug sock over the bootie worked and I think helped keep all the serum right on my feet. I kept them on for several hours then massaged the little bit of remaining serum into my feet and lower legs and went to bed. My feet were amazingly soft the next morning.

My skin is very dry and these are a boot of smoothness and healing, my feet get 10 times better after, I leave them for an hour and went you remove them they still have product left inside. They are great!

I just tried the Dr, Scholls foot mask for dry and cracked skin. The instructions are to open, firmly grip both sides of the boot below seam and tug apart. I was tugging but it was not easy to open the bootie. I had to use scisssors because it was not easy to tug the bootie apart. Also the backing film was not very strong because it did not hold the bootie closed. I don’t have cracked and dry skin on my feet but I purchased the product because it would be helpful to moisturize the feet. I just tried it so I have no idea how it will work for me but getting the bootie open so I could slip my feet inside and to hold them closed was too frustrating, so I probably would not order this product again. I’ll continue to use the foot mask just to see how well it works but Dr. Scholl’s should improve the instructions and make the adhesive stronger on the backing.

I’ve used Aveeno brand for years but the price kept increasing. So I tried an off brand & those were terrible! Very thin booties with a minimum amount of moisturizing product.
So I decided to try this well known brand & had high hopes. The envelope felt heavy so I thought that was a good sign of a quality product. However, like so many other reviewers, I found it impossible to open the the top of the individual booties. I finally had to resort to using a sharp pair of scissors. I always use my hand to separate the 2moisturizing sides & fully open the bootie all the way to the toe. But once I inserted my foot, which is much shorter than the bootie, all the way in, down to the toe area, the moisturizing mesh (or whatever you call it) ended up in a big wad ! So I removed my foot & started over, using my hand to reach all the way to the toe & tried to undo the big wad. But that was impossible. The left bootie did the same thing! Undaunted & determined to try this product, I opened a second package. I still had an issue with them bunching at the toe but not quite as badly as before. Like so many others, I found the closure tabs to be useless & had to apply tape instead. Regardless of the brand, I always wear the booties overnight since my feet are extremely dry due to prescription medications I take daily. I removed the booties the next morning & massaged in what remained on my feet. Despite all of the other annoying issues, they did a pretty good job of moisturizing my very dry feet. But once I use the remaining envelopes, I will update my review. I haven’t checked the price of the ones made by Aveeno recently, but the price for these from Dr Scholl’s seems to be cheaper. .

Ok! First time user. Had them on about 10 minutes and so I’m a fan. I have RA and also some neuropathy. I am at what I hope is the end end of a bad flare up. At night after my feet have ached and hurt all day and night they burn and tingle throughout the night. These are very soothing. I bought several different things for my feet that were delivered today. I can’t wait to try them all but I would recommend these to anybody and I will definitely be purchasing again
I don’t know if it’s gonna do anything about dry cracked feet, but they really feels good after I woke up with the burning sensation. They soothing and that’s what matters right now to me at the moment.

this is the greatest solution I have found. It says to rip open but I can’t, so I cut top off. Barely can squeeze onto husband’s feet. His painful cracked, dry feet are no longer. Using this about twice a month now.

These are really great to use if you want a quick way to make your feet soft however, the prices are ridiculous and the results do not last, especially if you aren’t using them regularly – and if you are using them regularly then the cost goes up up up. You can achieve the same result by rubbing Vaseline on your heals and covering with socks overnight. Super soft feet

These booties helped soften and smooth my feet after I did some callus filing. They’re better than other feet masks I’ve used.

Don’t try to open per instructions as they don’t pull open. Instead cut a quarter of an inch along the top of each bootie. The tabs to secure the them fall off, but aren’t necessary to use anyway.

I have used both these and the Dr. Scholl’s Tired, Achy Feet many times. I am going to give a review and some suggestions for Dr. Scholl’s. First the Dry, Cracked Feet: these are so hard to tear open and the sticker never sticks. Dr. Scholl’s should use the foil material that is used for the Tired, Achy Feet. These moisturize very well. I am going to guess that it is because of the urea. I use them right after a long shower that includes using a pumice stone; same routine for both products except that I have never left the Tired, Achy Feet on overnight and almost always do for the Dry, Cracked Feet. I always put socks on over either kind because if I am walking around, they can be slippery.
The Tired Achy Feet: These always open easily and the sticker always sticks. I don’t feel anything until about 15 minutes after applying these. After approximately 15 minutes I start feeling a cooling sensation. It is pleasant. After about 30 minutes I start feeling a burning sensation. It’s not a burning sensation like your skin is sunburnt or on fire. It is quite soothing actually. It feels like Icy Hot or Bengay. It is not at all irritating to my skin. When I take them off, my skin is normal color, no rash etc. I do not have overly sensitive skin. I only feel this on the tops and sides of my feet though, nothing on the bottoms, which seems strange. It’s usually the bottoms of my feet that are achy. I wear these for 30 minutes sometimes and sometimes for a couple of hours. After I take these off, my feet feel a very cold sensation (not to the touch) for several hours. These would be great not only for sore feet but for very hot days because it makes you feel cooler overall. It’s kind of like what you would feel if you soaked your feet in hot water with a lot of peppermint essential oil in it. I don’t find these very moisturizing but better than nothing.
Sizing: I wear a women’s 8 1/2. The Dry, Cracked Feet ones are snug width wise and would probably be uncomfortable for anyone with women’s size 10 or above. The Tired, Achy Feet have lots of room and would probably fit a men’s 13 foot. This is another reason that Dr. Scholl’s should use the foil booties for both. Women with larger feet and most men would appreciate this.
    Neither have an overpowering scent.
Obviously I would recommend both for different reasons. I use them regularly and have for quite a while.
