I think hot epsom salt baths the evening after hard workouts helps with recovery, they definitely help with sleep. I use a cup of this Pre/Post mix with 2 cups of regular epsom salt. Pick some up if you can find it, it seems hard to find. Smells great too!

The epsom salt at our local grocery store is wildly expensive, and I’m not sure how I stumbled upon this but randomly decided to give it a try since my husband swears by it. He LOVED this post-workout one, he blew through the whole bag in a matter of days. Money well spent in my opinion, plus it leaves our bathroom, bedroom and him smelling so good after one of his soaks. He works out very hard so he knows his stuff, any time I have a complaint he sticks me in the tub with this stuff. I have chronic shoulder/neck pain that sometimes leaves me lying on the ground just to get a few seconds of relief and one night it got so bad that he found my heaving with sobs on our bedroom floor, and drew a bath with this and ordered me in and didn’t let me leave it for over half an hour. I calmed down and my pain was more or less gone. Most of the time the pain just subsides but lurks in the shadows of my bones all day, but after that particular instance I didn’t feel the lurk. I highly recommend this and will be habitually ordering.

I was afraid of menthol scent being the only scent on the package here because it may smell too “minty”, but it wasn’t. There was a fresh herbal relaxing scent, and it was not overwhelmingly “minty” at all.

Love a bit of Epsom salts for a long soak and dr teals have some good options, the scent can be a bit overpowering and I tend to mix it with plain magnesium flakes

I really enjoy this soak. It really works and is very relaxing. But I’m disappointed with the packing. They literally gave me slit cut open bag, and it got all over my other items. I had to pour whatever left into a zip lock bag.
