I purchased their first cervical pillow and loved it, so when I saw the new one I KNEW I needed to get it. Package was small and so lightweight! I opened it and carefully opened the pillow in the bag. It immediately sprung to life and started to fluff up- I let it sit for the full 24 hours that the instructions said in order to get the full effect. The very first night I laid my head on it I KNEW I was going to love it. Normally I toss and turn, and rotate my pillows throughout the night; not this night. I slept in the exact same position I fell asleep in. My fiancé said he didnt even realize I was in bed! Ive been able to VERY comfortably sleep on my back without struggling with my sleep apnea, and THAT alone is incredible! This pillow has the softest cover that is easily removed for cleaning. The pillow itself is a great firmness fhat supports my neck – I suffer with multiple herniated discs in my neck and CONSTANT pain, but Ive found this pillow has significantly helped to reduce the stiff, aching, pinched nerve feelings. There’s two sides you can choose and these great little spots on the side that fit your arms fairly comfortably, i do find my arms slide off though; but that is the least of any concern to me. Im no longer waking in the middle of the night with my arms and hands asleep; honestly I’m not even waking in the middle of the night for anything and THAT is HUGE! If you struggle with finding the right pillow and are looking for that support and an actual good night sleep, I HIGHLY recommend this pillow!!

Had my pillow close to a weeek now ordered the king size , love it the first night it didn’t get completely expanded but I didn’t change positions once during the night and went into a very deep sleep which I haven’t had for a long time, it’s nice and firm but comfortable and supportive. My dr has told me with mattresses and pillows you need them as firm as you can tolerate because firmer is better for you than too soft .I loved it so much I ordered another to give to my mom on her 73 rd birthday in January, she has neck and back problems and I think she will enjoy it too . I’ve been struggling with chronic shoulder and neck pain for years. I tied many different types of pillows along the way and nothing seemed to be useful. Increase of the pain recently drove me to seek out another option and I came across with this product which appeared to target cervical issues. So I decided to give it a try. It was disappointing to receive the pillow in a case that was worn out (see picture). It looked a little discolored also, as if it had been used or got in stock for a long time. The good thing is that this particular shape did help to relieve the tension in my shoulder and neck. Although it could not completely remove the tension, I did feel less tight in my problematic area after a few days of use. For now I decide to keep it and see how things go in a long run. The pillow also has some chemical smell at the beginning. It might be a good idea to let it air out before use.

I’m exclusively a side-sleeper and lately have been experiencing a lot of upper back and shoulder pain from sleeping. The cubed pillows stopped working for me for whatever reason so I went on a pillow-buying bender looking for the one that would bring me relief.
This little guy seems to have won out! For context, I’m 6’4” and 235 lbs, with broad shoulders and a fairly athletic build for a 43 year old. For the breadth of my shoulders, this pillow could be a little thicker and wider, but that’s not a shortcoming of the pillow.
There are various ways of sleeping with it. If you’re a back sleeper you can rotate it 180 degrees and it provides great neck support. You can flip it over and use it when you’re lying or sleeping on your stomach. The pics in the product listing do a good job of showing the different ways to use it. As a side-sleeper, I think the key to its effectiveness is that it doesn’t force me into one side position. The area for your head is in a half-pipe, “bowl” shape so it’s easy to lay my head against the back of the “bowl” when I feel like tilting/leaning my body back a bit, or I can scoot a little more toward the center of the “bowl” and let me body lean a little more forward. It’s much more accommodating than the cube pillow, which pretty much allows for just one position while on your side.
But it took a week or so to really get the hang of it. My shoulders are too wide and arms too long to effectively use the “arm grooves” on the outer edges of the pillow, but I have found a way to comfortably incorporate them into my sleep. It took a few nights to figure out how to place my head within the “bowl” and what kind of position my body would be in if I were farther forward or back with in the “bowl.” Just like with a new mattress, your body needs time to adapt to a new pillow, so be intentional and observant during your first several nights to figure out what works best for you.
