This is one cute and small product. I prefer the chirping of the crickets. For such a small thing, it puts out the sound. I had to lower the volume quite a bit. I enjoy just a bit of noise.
Love that there’s three different time settings to choose from. Setting your fav sound for your specific time is super easy. And the carrying case completes this product! Makes it easy to take your “egg” with you wherever you go.
This product fits so naturally into my hand. Like Goldilocks said—“This is just right”.

Summary:
Small, compact but don’t let its small size fool you. It has sufficient volume and several kinds of sounds to choose from. Plus the sound quality is pretty darn good.
Its low profile is perfect to put on your nightstand and its rubber bottom keeps it in place.
The custom case is perfect to protect it from dust and bumps and ideal for travel.
Almost forgot— the charge lasts quite a long time. I have mine set for 90 minutes and I play it every night. Other than the first initial charge, I’ve only had to charge it once and I purchased the Dreamegg on August 22nd.

Bought this for an upcoming trip. The sound in this tiny little device is unbelievably loud, which is exactly what I wanted. This little sound machine is worth its weight in gold! Its extremely light and very small, about the size of a travel size moisturizer. It packs a lot of sound. We only use the white noise and grey noise. All the sounds are good quality, not tinny at all. We used it on a camping trip first, and it was so easy to change the settings on it, just a few simple buttons, then hang it from the roof of our tent by the convenient hanging strap. Our 5 year old (on his first ever camping trip) slept as well as he does at home with his normal machine. The battery seems to last a long time, having had it on for 10+ hours, with a full charge each day, and once 18 hours, having forgotten to charge it one day and using it overnight again (uses a type-c). This is a new staple in my travel bag!

This thing is great! It’s small and easy to pack in any bag/backpack. Lot’s of different sound options & volume levels. The most impressive thing is the battery lasted about 90 hours while on a medium/medium high volume setting. For the price, buying one is a no brainer for anyone that travels especially with kids.

Dreamegg has a whole suite of similar sound/light/alarm products that have piqued my interest in the past so I was keen to try this liitle fella as an introduction to the company’s products.
It looks tiny in the Amazon description and wow is it ever! It arrives in a very small box, along with a charging cable, instructions, and a handy wrist strap which would help if you want to attach it to a stroller or other item. The colour in the description is called Cream but the box itself says Butter and I’d say that’s more accurate; it’s a lovely colour.
This teeny little device is your friend. Simple silicone push buttons on the bottom will easily turn on the device (long press; it has a little raised dot on it so you can do it by feel) then short-press to cycle through the many sound options. The sound quality is surprisingly good. The volume up and down is controlled through the plus and minus buttons on the bottom, and, what I feel is the best feature about this, there is a timer feature!
So you can choose your preferred sound (there are 16 options, including some baby ones) and let it run for 30, 60 or 90 minutes as you drift off to la-la land, or do your yoga poses, or maybe meditate. This timer is a fantastic feature for battery life. And, if you wish, if you ensure that none of the timer times are lit up/selected, it will run continuously. I usually leave it for 60 minutes but invariably I fall asleep before it stops.
I’ve taken this for a weekend away and it’s super easy to pack and go. And it packs a lot of sound for the size. If you’re curious about Dreamegg products, this is an excellent entry point. I would definitely recommend this very portable white noise machine. Great sound, easy to take everywhere with you, and the price, which seems to vary by the colour, is a decent value.

My husband and I are on a birthday trip to the Smoky Mountains. Before we left he was saying he didn’t want it to look like we were moving in and squatting to the places we stay. He said I couldn’t take my air purifier that I have to have for white noise to sleep. This little sound machine is awesome and plenty loud. The video makes it sound louder than it is. I bought two of these little tiny white noise machines; one for home and one for travel. They are very small, lightweight, and take up almost no space on your nightstand or in your luggage. There are a variety of sounds to choose from including more than one frequency of white noise. I find that some places need a high frequency to mask ambient noise, where other places need a lower frequency to drown out noises.
Using these little machines at home and on the road has improved my sleep no matter where I am. I have extremely sensitive hearing and use these to keep me asleep when my partner is awake and moving through the house. It also blocks snoring! I also find that I use the white noise when I am awake and need to focus on the project at hand. I use them much more than I thought I would.
I am impressed by how long the batteries last before needing a recharge (usb C). To make the batteries last the longest, I use the timer function. My travel one has taken a beating and is still holding up well, perfectly functional and almost no visible dings because of the outer coating. Buying these in a two pack was totally worth it and still cheaper than many other larger options. The two I got have lasted over a year of daily use.

Gave this a test run last night to see if it would work for me as obviously I need it to be loud enough for me to hear. Actually found I had to turn it down (compared to having to have my phone or a Bluetooth speaker turned all the way up), and was asleep with minutes.
My watch even suggests I feel asleep quicker.

I have a sleeping disorder (i.e., my husband and his sleep apnea machine). The inadvertent snoring and bursts of air when it’s not working properly wake me up all night. I wear earplugs and a sleep mask. I needed help and the Dreamegg has done the trick. Its multiple sound options allow me to pick the tune and volume I need. Since it’s small, I can put it on my nightstand or in the bed between my husband and I to create a white noise sound barrier. Perfect ! If I had an Oprah-style “Favorite Things” list, this noise machine would be at the top of it! My entire family sleeps with white noise. (I actually prefer the sound of “brown noise,” but I’ll use “white noise” as a generic term to cover all ambient background noises). We have noise machines in every bedroom. We’ve used bathroom fans for white noise, but those wear out and have to be replaced, and that is also a fire hazard. On my phone, I use the Ambiance app. For sleep, I like having a machine I can move to different spots in the room and house. I also love white noise when I need to read, write, or do any work that requires focus and concentration. When I’m working on my laptop, I have a white noise website in the background. Needless to say, I use white noise a lot, on a daily basis, and for various reasons.
I also find that white noise makes travel more pleasant. We travel a lot for work, kids’ sports, leisure, etc., and I hate how much space the white noise machines take in the suitcases, especially when booking a place with more than one room for our big crew. Hotels can be noisy, and their bathroom fans are hit-and-miss. Sometimes they are tied in with the lights, which doesn’t work for nighttime noise, and sometimes they don’t even have a fan at all. I’ve used my phone or iPad for background noise at night when traveling, but then I can’t be on it (like if I want white noise for the kids to fall asleep to while I stay up later to watch something on my phone).
Enter…the “Dreamegg.” I stumbled across this beauty and was intrigued and ordered it, but I was waiting for the catch. SPOILER ALERT: there isn’t one!!! I’ve had this for a couple weeks and like it so much that I just ordered another one for my office. I will likely end up getting one for every bedroom in my house. So far, it works perfectly and the quality is great. It is lightweight, compact, and will be SO convenient for traveling. I love that it doesn’t glow at night, because I like it dark when I sleep. I was a bit surprised that it didn’t come with a power block, but if, like most people, you have a plethora of power blocks, that isn’t a big deal. The cord is shorter than I would like, but again, I have many extra cords so that doesn’t deter me either.
This noise machine has a wide variety of sounds you can cycle through (the typical white noise variations, water, crickets, fire, and even lullabies), and some great soothing options that aren’t obnoxious. I cycle through them in my attached video. It has options for 30, 60, or 90 minute timers if you don’t like to let it run all day or night. I’m impressed by the battery life. I’ve only charged it once since I got it a couple weeks ago. I’ve used it for several nights and once even forgot to turn it off all day, and it is still going strong.
This is perfect for:
* babies or young kids (great gift for a new or expectant mom!)
* blocking out hotel noises
* those who like to travel light

The product started off great, small, practical, decent quality of white noise sound. After a few uses (I used it for work trips) it started having this static noise. I reached out to their costumer service, this is the reason it gets 4 stars.
Bc if a product is breaking on second trip I would’ve honestly given it a one star, but their customer service is wonderful and are sending a replacement. So 5 stars for their customer service.
