After unsuccessfully trying a couple of other eyebrow pencils including more pricey brands, decided to give this one a try based on the good reviews. It worked better than any other pencils I tried. It twists up and a little goes a long way. No need for sharpening, and although the pencil is soft , it did not break off during use like some lipstick twist ups I’ve used in the past. Works well for filling in sparse brows as well as for outlining brows. I use a taupe pomade for filling in brow area’s and the color of this pencil works well with taupe. It’s more of a medium brown, doesn’t drag when using, goes on smoothly. I find this a really good pencil, easy to handle & has a spool at the end of the pencil. Longevity would depend on how much and how often you use it. Would definitely purchase again. For me a great product at a great price. Not sure what other colors it comes in. Love this color, perfect for a dirty blonde who doesn’t want dark eyebrows that don’t match their hair, seems very natural. But it does make a difference! And the pencil is soft and easy to apply, last a long time too! The brush blends it nicely, although I don’t have to always blend it.

Switched from ABH brow pencil to this product and I am a fan! This is much softer than the ABH pencil, but still lasts a long time and is pigmented. I do wish the tip was thinner, but still very easy to use regardless. Love the price for the quality, and I will definitely continue to purchase this.

I was a total newby to eyebrow pencils before this. As I’ve grown older my eyebrows have thinned quite a bit so I decided to give this a try. I’m not usually a makeup person, so my skills are limited when it comes to applying anything other than moisturizer. Despite that, I found it easy to use. It goes on very smooth and if I accidentally get some where I don’t want it, it comes off easily with a dry Qtip. It lasts all day, and seems to be waterproof although I haven’t been swimming while wearing it. I like something I can put on and not have to think about anymore, and this is exactly that. The little brush on the end is super helpful. It smooths out any small clumps and helps it blend into the skin underneath.
It lasted me about 3 weeks, but I also made the mistake of twisting it up too high and some of it broke off. The only thing I can think of that would make it any better is a sharpener to make it easier to get a more defined outline. Overall I do recommend this, especially for beginners or those with little experience with makeup, and the price is hard to beat.

I love e.l.f., and honestly it’s pretty hard to go wrong with anything they make. This brow pencil is another win for me. The color was just right. Not too dark, not too light. It fills in my brows without making them look harsh or drawn on. The tip is small enough to do little hair like strokes or just shade things in where you need it. The texture is perfect too. Not too creamy but it still glides on easily. The spoolie on the other end is great for brushing everything out so everything looks soft and natural. For the price, it’s kind of a no brainer. My makeup bag is slowly turning into an e.l.f. collection and I’m not mad about it.
And while we’re talking e.l.f., if anyone from the brand ever reads reviews… please bring back the Mikayla x e.l.f. Lip Wedding Duo. Some of us stocked up, but we’re running low and we have needs.

I would give it the full 5 stars, but as soon as I open the product, the pencil part fell out and I didn’t even use it at all yet, luckily it was easy to pop Back in and use. I love the vibrant color brown I got, it makes my eyebrows pop while looking natural. I love the brush and how smooth it is on my eyebrows, other than that little mistake, I think this is one of the best eyebrow pencils I’ve used especially for the price!

I’ve been going back to this brow pencil for YEARS. I’ve tried branching out many times but this is truly the best “everyday” pencil for a natural look with very little effort. I’ve yet to find any color that beats elf’s “Taupe” for me. Anything else always ends up being too dark, too light, or most commonly.. has orange undertones that are not flattering in the slightest. I’m a natural dirty-blonde with pretty light brows that lack density (especially around my arch), a harsh brow throws my face contrast off immediately so I’m so thankful that elf has this pencil. Most days I do a quick fill and brush with just this pencil alone but i can confidently say it pairs perfectly with elf’s “wow brow” tented gel in shade “natural brown”

I didn’t believe this could be as good or even better ANASTASIA, but in ways, it is ! Firstly, the taupe color is hard to find, and is JUST PERFECT if seeking a seamless match for light neutral brown brows (and probably would work equally well for warmer toned brown) … it is HARD to find a lighter brown that doesn’t pull red, and there is something just SO perfect about the application… You wouldn’t think so, as the pointed tip rounds a tad over time, but it deposits IMHO just the right amount of pencil, and the texture is perfect and very natural looking… The spoolie also works well, and the twist up feature has been flawless. Finally, it lasts a LONG time, as you don’t need much to fill and define, and it stays put throughout the day….Oh, and the PRICE; are you kidding me? SO reasonable, but I don’t wanna gush too loudly so as to cause ELF to increase the price… If they keep it as this price, I’ll be a customer for life

I’ve been on a hunt for new beauty products. I read a ton of lists that share what people are loving and buying. This eyebrow pencil is one of those items. I can see why. As I age my eyebrows are turning lighter and was terrified to draw in my own. I came across this extremely affordable pencil that is loved by many. I actually nailed the color and it’s so easy to use. Short swift strokes is all it takes and a little shaping too. So impressed….my daughters had no idea my eyebrows were filled in and I’ve NEVER done my eyebrows on my own before. This is a new forever product for me.

I love this eyebrow pencil because of the perfect shade of brown, smooth glide, and included eyebrow brush on the other side! I always needs to comb up eyebrows up after filling them in and it is so convenient to have the brush at the other end of the pencil. The only thing I don’t like is that the pencils do not last very long. If used daily, my pencil lasts about 4-6 weeks total. However, it is affordable for that time frame so I continue to buy it for the good quality.

Still in search of the perfect eyebrow pencil. This one has a soft stick and applies easily but it is not as fine as I hoped. The pencil is durable doesn’t break and is retractable. The color match is good and the spoolie wand is pretty standard. It was fairly inexpensive which is why I tried it. For now it suits its purpose and if it had a finer point it would be a keeper

Fantastic product for the price. It’s not too creamy so it doesn’t go on thickly. This is spoolie on the end so you can easily brush out the brows and blend. I found it a very natural look… sometimes those are too thick on the tip. This one tends to be finer which is really great. Highly recommend
