I’m used to taking elderberry and zinc vitamin separately but these ones have a few different vitamins in one including both of those so I really wanted to give it a try. The pills itself does not have a bad taste just a more earthy type to it but after drinking some water you really can’t taste at all. I feel like taking these have really helped the past few weeks with all the weather changes and school and such my kids bring home a lot of different sicknesses. I noticed while taking these I don’t get sick as often as everybody else has been but even when I do get sick it doesn’t last as long. I’ve always had a pretty weak immune system so I take vitamins to help out. Definitely will be needing to get more of these
