I can’t take 40 minute long baths once a week kind of thing. I just use this in a bath every morning. It gets the blood flowing. This is a very pure organic brand.

This is my go to for detox baths with sick kiddos. Put some of this in with the bath water and let the kids soak for around 30 minutes. It will help pull the gunk and impurities out and leave them feeling better
