I have SI disease, osteoarthritis, and a fall twisted my hip some and boy this helps after soaking for 20 – 30 minutes in a spa tub w a spa mat. This is way better that regular epsom salt soak. Love the smell.

I’m currently battling some kind of flu, and these salts are a godsend for body aches! Can’t wait til I’m healthy and can try them out on exercise-induced owwie-ness!
The scent is minty and lovely on the sinuses. Not too strong, not too medicinal, and it’s not perfumey, either, for the guys out there. The mint is more of a pick-me-up than a put-me-to-sleep, but it’s relaxing all the same. I might opt to stick with lavender scented salts for strictly bedtime, leaving these ones for sore muscles because of that. Also, I used these with my jetted tub. It was a wonderful combination!

These dissolve quickly, smell amazing and definitely help muscle soreness. They have a very strong refreshing scent, I have finally used up this bag and will absolutely be repurchasing. I mostly use this in my sons baths so that I can soak my feet in them and breathe in the nice aroma while he logs some tub time.

We take epsom salt baths after working out, if we sense that we pushed a bit too hard and we might be sore. Epsoak has long been one of our go-to brands, especially since Epsoak/AMZ also offers 19 lb bags that provide a good value. We typically buy their plain epsom salts, but the muscle soak is a nice option sometimes. We also find that a dixie cup worth in a foot bath resolves issues with sore feet after a day of hiking.

Love the smell – very relaxing but not too overpowering. This dissolves great in the bath water, no leftover salt that feels gritty in the bottom. This is great for relaxing after a workout or the day after when you are sore. It’s also come in handy as seasonal allergies pick up – a bath of this will help clear up your blocked sinuses!

I’ve used regular Epsom salt with no additives and boy was that boring! The added peppermint helps not just your muscles and puts you in a relaxed mood where you can soak in bliss. I love this product and will order repeatedly for the foreseeable future, great product.

These bath salts have been infused with a really good amount of peppermint and eucalyptus. It scents the entire room, it it so good for sinus relief and headaches. I have used in the bath and taken the salts to use as a facial scrub. It has been very calming for my skin, which was irritated from razor burn prior to use. The muscle soak is also great for sore muscles, I have been in a relaxed refreshed mood after use. I also appreciated the amount of product for the price. The free shipping on this was as added benefit of being an Amazon prime member.
