I have sleep problems, and I’ve tried more solutions than I can count, and nothing really works or works for very long. I got this pillow hoping for another solution, but expecting to have it wind up in the “Pile of Things I Tried That Didn’t Work.” I am so happy to say that I was wrong. This pillow is by far the most comfortable thing I have laid my head on. Not only is the memory foam soft but supportive, it also has a silk-like pillow covering that feels like laying on butter. The downside to the silk covering is that it slides around during the night, but if I find it’s a nuisance, it is removable (or could just be removed for washing if you end up loving it). I have tried other ergonomic pillows and woken up with back pain that was almost paralyzing. I’ve used this for almost a week, and I’ve woken up feeling better physically than I have in as long as I can remember. You can’t put a price on sleeping well or feeling well physically, so this pillow would be an incredible value at any price, but the listed price and coupon price are an extremely good value, in my opinion. If you have sleep issues or back pain, I highly recommend trying this pillow.

So far so good with this pillow! I’ve tried both sides for the different heights and can’t tell which I prefer, but I definitely do see an improvement from just a regular pillow. I don’t feel like my neck and head are getting lifted too high and creating new problems, if that makes sense. Memory foam neck support pillows I’ve tried in the past have done that and just ended up a waste of money.
My neck is really prone to getting tweaked out of alignment, and when that happens I have all sorts of subsequent complaints like headaches and pins and needles in my face. So far this pillow has helped a lot with that! The case is cool and smooth to the skin, and a neutral color that shouldn’t clash with your other bedding. I believe this pillow is a standard size, though, so if you’re looking for a different case to use (maybe between washes), those should be easy to find.
I don’t really like the case zipper being horizontal along the back middle of the pillow instead of hidden along the side. It’s distracting when I go to tuck my hand under the pillow as I sleep. Not a huge deal, but definitely not my favorite, and that’s why I’ve given 4 instead of 5/5 stars.

I tried this one night, and my wife the next. We both hated it. The memory foam quality seems nice, and the pillow case is comes with it nice too, but thats where the good ends. I couldn’t get comfortable at all with it, and barely slept that night. My wife tried it next, but she noticed a slight moldy/mildewy smell to it. After some jokes about her drooling on it (she needs to wear a life jacket to bed to prevent drowning), we checked, and the whole pillow smelled like that. If you can get one that doesnt smell, I can see people actually enjoying this pillow, but not us.

This is a great pillow that’s meant to support your head and neck area. It arrived wrapped in plastic, but quickly expanded once opened. It’s a memory foam pillow with a nice and soft fabric cover that can be easily removed for cleaning. Now for the comfort test. I feel this pillow would be best for someone who sleeps on their back. You get ample support that way. I do not feel the support is as good if you sleep on your side. I had to use the higher side and sleep in a certain position for acceptable support. Good pillow overall, but it’s better if you sleep on your back instead of on your side.

When the pillow arrived it was air compressed in plastic. When I opened it, it fully expanded quickly, within 5 minute. The pillow is very lightweight, and plush. The fabric cover is very soft and silky and has a zipper for easy removal for washing. The pillow has two heights, the one side has a higher curve than the other side and there is a slump that runs along the middle. When I laid my head on the pillow while laying on my back, it did give me good neck support. But when I laid on my side, I didn’t feel like there was sufficient height of the pillow for my neck and head. When laying on my side, I tried both the high side and the low side of the pillow, neither gave me sufficient neck support. This pillow is great for back sleepers, but I’m not sure about side sleepers though.

This is definitely great for side/back sleepers, as it relieves neck/shoulder pain. I love that it has two sides of differing height so you have options depending on your sleep situation. The foam is definitely on the firm side but it fits my neck so well that it’s very comfortable! The included silk pillow case is just a great addition too!

This memory foam pillow is so nice and comfortable, I use it with the low end under my neck and it feels like a spa quality accessory. It is soft, very soft but I like it, some may find it too soft and not firm enough but it is perfect for me, I feel like it melts against my neck providing just the right amount of support. I am a hot-sleeper with other cervical neck pillows I have tried over the years but this pillow does not make me over-heat.
It comes rolls up very compactly so give it 24 hours to naturally come to full expansion.
If you like a really soft neck pillow this is the one I recommend.
