I love the flavor these add to meat, they are pretty heavy on the salt, but that works well for me, they add a lot of other flavors that enhance the taste of a steak or roast. For the price I am very happy with how long it lasts. I mainly only use these on unprocessed meats, beef and pork. I would not add it to sausage or pre flavored meats. I apply liberally to both sides of a steak when cooking adds a lot of Kick to the flavor!

The rib rub is better than the steak rub. When I ordered this pack I couldn’t find the rib rub alone.

I have long used Famous Dave’s burger and steak seasoning but this was my first experience with the Rib Rub. I smoked three racks of baby back ribs on my pellet grill and heavily seasoned with the Rib Rub. My ribs were the star of our holiday barbeque and since I am not a great cook, I have to owe the praise to Dave’s Rib Rub. It is a little pricey but as with all their rubs it makes you look like a great chef at the grill!
