ZARDOZ –
My work involves standing and walking around wearing a steel toe boots for 8 hours, 5 days a week. These steel toes are “killers” for your feet (I call them Frankenstein Boots); they’re heavy and cramp up your foot after awhile. I’m over 50 yrs old and I feel the soreness in my foot after a hard days work.
Thus I bought this powder and a Rubbermaid dishpan (about $10) from Amazon. I decided to pass up those pricey electric foot soaking machines and use a dishpan instead to keep it simple.
What I do is run the hot faucet for awhile until it reaches the right temperature and fill up 2/3 of the dishpan. I place a towel on the floor by my favorite chair and set this water filled dishpan on it. Fill it up (about 1/2 or 1/3 cup) with this foot soak powder and a few drops of tea tree oil. Sometimes I add a couple teaspoon of baking soda.
Then I soak my tired and sore feet for about 20 to 30 minutes.I usually read or check my emails while doing this, kinda like “multi-tasking”. I can say that it does wonders after soaking your feet. The soreness is gone and your body feels kinda relax. The tiredness is gone too. I like it and recommend it for those people with recurring foot aches.
Oh by the way, I don’t use this dishpan for my dishes. I use a dishrack for my dishes. Rubbermaid 2970-AR-WHT Dishpan

I used it for the first time today with my new foot bath. I’m a tired elementary school teacher at the end of May. I also have plantar fasciitis. This helped me immensely. My feet felt amazing and refreshed after a long day of wearing dress shoes on tile floors. However, I did not really enjoy the smell. It smells like a hippie, but it definitely gets the job done!

This product is soothing for tired or achy feet. It is very easy to use. All you have to do is add it to a container of warm water, and insert your feet. I like the mint and menthol scent, which is pleasant, and not too “girly” for a guy. I use a bit less of the soak crystals that the package recommend, but that is just a matter of personal preference. I am sure I will buy it again when my current supply is used up.

I buy these every once in a while for my girlfriend who enjoys foot baths every so often. She has plantar fasciitis, and this gives her feet a soothing break once in a while. I like the aroma that the footbath gives off when she uses this. Highly recommended.

It works nice and feels relaxing the only thing it sats use 1 cup for 1gal water and this bag has enough for 2 soaks i seen it yesterday at the dollar store i pd on amazon 6 bucks kind of disappointed in the price if u can buy it at dollar tree. Does work wonders. Took awhile to receive. Nice product though.

Maybe I got an off batch, but this wasn’t as minty and tingly as I was expecting. You’re better off just getting plain Epsom salts and adding a few drops of peppermint oil. Also, I think you can find this brand (in other scents, too) at the Dollar Tree.

Works well except for the smell, which isn’t very pleasant, more of an extreme menthol-gone-rogue detergent that assaults your nose if you make it too concentrated or if you smell it directly. Otherwise it doesn’t smell like much in the air around the spa, which is a slight disapppointment, hence 4 stars.
