I originally bought this to use on my mom for her knees and legs. It goes on smooth and not greesy. This week is the 1st time I tried it. My knee hurt in the center of the knee cap going down between the shin bone & calf. It felt very sore and sensitive. I used the cream on both knees and massages it into my shin, calf and around the ankle. The next day I noticed it improved so I did it again. Today it’s noticeable better.
