I have studied many articles on Schumann device of using frequencies (hertz) to fine tune the state of mind as well as relieve pain. Very much impressed with the quality of product for only $44. I thought it was a scam, but the product comes with a magnetic ball-bearing in a around sealed plastic case. You can put the case on top of all 5 Tesla coils and the ball-bearing would oscillate verifying that the device is indeed giving out EMF. Try it and and see if changing the variable frequencies can support other ailments.

I bought this Schumann resonator a month ago. I found it to be a pretty cool looking device that was very simple to plug in and get running. I’ve left it mainly on the 7.83hz setting and it seems to be functioning well. I have noticed a slight improvement in my sleep and sleep patterns. I have been falling asleep faster and have woke up less throughout the nights. The little sealed petri dish containing a ball-bearing is a nice feature that helps indicate that the unit is putting out a signal. It seems to be working so I consider it a great value for the money. I look forward to playing around with the other frequencies.

This little device is something else! Don’t let anyone tell you it’s a placebo effect. The first night I got it I plugged it in, I used it on 5.28 hz and fell asleep and stayed asleep. It was a great nights sleep. I used it for.3 nights and then my fiancé told me he has been sleeping so soundly and dreaming more than usually. And I’m still sleeping much better also! (He did not know about the device.) So it was working on him too, and he is a terrible sleeper. I run it off and on all day long! I feel like I’m more calm with it on and definitely has improved my sleep. I’ve have used it for a couple weeks now and love it!
My grandson has no verbal CP, he was having a bad day and very agitated so I turned this device on and put it next to him. He calmed down immediately and stayed that way for the rest of the day. There of no sound but it puts out the frequency.
And it’s fairly easy to use. I did have to look at the directions to use it, but figured it out very quickly. The directions are short and to the point.

I expected a disappointment. I was wrong. As soon as it was plugged in, set at 7.83 hertz, I felt a mellow ambience. Sleeping with it next to my bed I slept a real sleep cycle; dreaming, then deep sleep, then more dreams as morning approached. No more nightmares, which I suspect had something to do with an ELF GWEN tower a couple of miles away. Set higher, at 40 hertz, I can study or focus on tasks for hours without tiredness or boredom, whereas I used to get distracted or tired too easily. I can feel it, in my mind, well up to about ten feet away, diminishing after that, though the reference says it’s effective to sixteen feet. It makes a wonderful difference to my wife… old timers symptoms. At 7.83 hertz she has far less imaginary stresses, far less high pitched panicked complaints, and is way more laid back.
Most people I ask can’t feel it in their awareness, but it still works for them nonetheless.
I’m strongly considering to buy a couple more, to place them around the house so I won’t want to move it around from place to place, one at 7.83 hertz in each bedroom and more at a higher frequency appropriate to study or focused tasks where I read or work on projects. I also bought the Royal Rife book. It is an interesting list of maladies and frequencies used to treat them. Also frequencies for pineal gland cleansing and other stuff like killing viruses and cancer, not to mention thousands of other maladies. I recommend the book too, that you should buy it for a reference.
On this particular device the plug for the USBc cord is well secured, strong and well attached. Every solder connection looks the same, perfect as if done by machine rather than a human. No problems there. The board looks a lot like a motherboard, which I thought scary, but the bottom side has no solder connections to worry about shorting out. One can handle it easily without worry about grounding straps and such, from the edges and the bottom.

I really love how simple and effective this frequency generator is. It’s USB-C powered and setting it up took seconds. I was able to figure it out pretty quickly after looking through the manual.
Being able to customize the frequencies is great. I’ve found a specific setting that helps me fall asleep faster and stay asleep. Then I’ve also used 2 other frequencies for meditation and focus. It’s also been beneficial for my son who is high functioning autistic. I’ve noticed less anxiety on his part so this device has been totally worth it.

I can’t say anything about the efficacy at the moment, a bit early to suggest.
Im not a skeptic as I use other products from the region and I know the benefits for my own health journey to understand Schuman ressonance (there are multiple frequencies as well), but 7.83 is well known as a healing frequency.
This also offers the ability to change frequencies and I like that and will be testing that theory but it takes some time.
Why did I give it 4/5 stars or how?
1. Lost a star given there could have easily been a surround to protect this better
2. There is heat generated on the larger coil when left plugged in but turned off, this is big as it tells me there is a voltage leak through the USB-C plug, I’m keeping an eye on this.
3. There is a ball bearing in a cup so you can see the frequency dance when you change, I also use metal silica as well as it looks better / cooler but there is frequency changes, to what frequency is what I’ll be testing down the road
4. There is a 3.5mm external port but there is no need to plug anything in according to the instructions but I do and you can hear the varied tone, many don’t like listening to it these solfeggio frequencies are not musical.
5. Built quality…I have to comment here, given the region of manufacture, these are bulk items and when pricing them out in the region, there is a whopping $3.98 USD in parts and assuming the labor may be another $2USD, the price point is… well if you want it you pay the piper.
My point is this, I bought it to test it and if it works as described, well worth the price of admission, but by not enclosing it even in a cheap case, makes packing for travel at the owners discretion to be sure.
Comes with the unit, a small enclosed ball bearing for entertainment value and a super cheap set of wired ear buds for your listening pleasure.

Oh wow this is so neat. I have heard about frequency generators and wanted to get one. It is so perfect. I got it for my son but I have tried it out as well. It helps clear my mind and let me relax. I feel so much better after I have used it. I notice when my son uses it he sleeps better that night. Extremely happy with this purchase.
