I never realized that there was a difference in cinnamon till I purchased this. This has such a stronger smell and taste but in such a good way. It is more ‘spicey’ but not like hot as in a pepper. It smells AMAZING! I am using it for homeopathic remedies and it is great!! Definitely purchasing again and recommend everyone to purchase.
