I got the wheels due to the cheaper price than the Chirp wheels. They work great and I get some fantastic pops and cracks out of my back with the small diameter wheel. The largest wheel provides some great stretching for the hard to reach spots in your back. I would highly recommend these

My son lent me one of these wheels for back pain and I loved it. This set is great. The large wheel is a lighter stretch – the smaller a bit deeper. The surface has some cushion and a groove for your spine. Very helpful for stretching and soothing.

So they are really high quality in terms of the material and build. I love that they are space saving too since they fit inside each other. I’m not sure how well they work at actual pain relief. They can be a little painful to use and hard to get started on. Although I do feel like they do a good job stretching my back muscles.

Make sure you get the directions with it or else youll end up hurting yourself. The difference sizes are for different parts of your body. When applied correctly it works great. Just make sure you apply it to the correct position and let it roll! Sink into it
