Tried multiple kinds – these are the closest to regular ramen noodles I have found. Tried both ways of making them on the box – the “restaurant” method did not really work. I just throw them in boiling water/stock and 8 min later then are good. Only downside is the ends tend to clump and not break apart after cooking like normal ramen. The longer you let them sit, the less that seems to continue, although it will never get rid of the clumping altogether. I have let them sit in hot broth for a really long time, and they do not get soggy – so a real bonus there. Taste is great. Have and will continue to buy.

I have to admit, I did not expect to like this but it was amazing. Have never found gluten free ramen noodles that tasted this good. I added a little chicken, some seasoning and cooked in chicken broth but you can add whatever you enjoy. The noodles had a “normal” taste and texture and did not turn to mush when cooked.

These noodles are exactly what I’ve been looking for! They don’t fall apart and taste just like regular noodles — plus, they have zero sodium. I highly recommend them!

I saw GF ramen’ and put it in my cart. I didn’t notice that there was no seasoning packet like the grocery brands. However, these noodles are pretty good. The directions are slim, so I basically used standard instructions and added chicken bouillon. Tasted fine. The noodles don’t spread out as quickly as a grocery brand does, and these noodles really soaked up the liquid, next time I will increase the amount of water. I don’t usually eat a lot of ramen, but being GF this brand would be worth buying again.

SAY YES TO MARUCHAN RAMEN AGAIN.
Idk what the kerfuffle is for the prep instructions in other reviews.. Lord knows gluten free food doesn’t cook like regular wheat food. That being said, I brought water to a boil, put my (crushed) noodles in, boiled for 5 minutes, then added a couple eggs, some chicken bouillon, and a sprinkle of msg for that OG $1 ramen flavor. 6 minute total cook time.10/10. Didn’t get weird or slimy and mushy like regular ramen either. Sodium content was not an issue for me but the stickiness and taste were spot on. I’m not mad that they average roughly $2/pack – $20 for 10 packs of noodles is a great value for gluten free anything. Size is acceptable – noodles get a little bigger as they cook. About the same as a regular package anywhere else.
College me cried in happiness. Will definitely order again.

I’m CRYING!!! These ramen noodles are SO GOOD!!! If you have celiac disease, and you miss the bouncy, chewy texture of instant ramen noodles, BUY THESE NOODLES!!! You won’t be disappointed! While these aren’t instant, they have the texture of the instant ramen you’ve been craving! Love that they’re not only GF but also vegan! While I’m not vegan, I have a friend who is both celiac and vegan. I will be recommending these to him for sure! SO DELICIOUS!!!

As close to ramen noodles I’ve ever had! The texture is good, tastes like regular noodles and cooks evenly!

10/10 i love instant noodles though i know they are bad for you. Im supposed to be gluten free so i decided to try these and bought some spicy seasoning for it and omg so good. Texture similar to traditional ramen. I do like my ramen on the undercooked side so only downside for me with these is you have to boil them once to soften and drain that water then apply the ramen water so it overcookes the noodles but its still good! Easy to prepare, healthy option if youre gluten free!

My goodness! I had to check the package to be sure this was gluten free. My dad who is very picky and always expresses he doesn’t like “gluten free foods” liked these noodles! I cooked in two and half cups of water and 2 tsp of this gluten free ramen beef spice that I also bought to go with needs noodles. The texture was great! It reminded me of the noodles I ate as a kid before I found out I can’t process gluten or wheat. Anything with folic acid. I’m so excited that I can enjoy ramen finally. I’ve tried other gluten free ramen but nothing beats these noodles! I have found my replacement noodles for homemade ramen nights! Yay! I’m just shocked that these are gluten free and remind me so much of ramen! Perfect portion size. Easy to cook! Healthy! Only made of three ingredients! Happy dancing over here! Comfort food!

These noodles are GOOD. I’m deffos a noodle snob, and these all fit my criteria, personally.
1. Cooking is super simple. You can either soak them for 10 minutes, let them rest to the side, and then quickly cook them in boiling water for a minute or two. You can also just dunk them in hot water and they will cook well! I use a chopsticks and shake em so they separate in the pot of water.
2. There’s no foam that rises up, so no worries on your pot overflowing! The water the noodles are cooked in is also pretty clear afterwards. I’ve cooked gf noodles before and so much of those noodles cook into the water, and when I fish out the noodles, the volume ends up being way less. These ramen noodles don’t do that.
3. The texture is awesome! Not slimy, but soft! The zig zag pattern of the noodles really feels like instant ramen noodles. I was so stoked to taste this texture again, after so long🥹
4. The noodles absorb flavour really well. If you cook your noodles in your broth it’ll be extra tasty.
5. The price point could be cheaper, but I’m also buying another pack because nothing I’ve found so far, compares.
Overall give these a try! The noodles are all individually portioned and it’s great for a single serving imo. It also ensures I don’t cook more than I can eat.

These had good flavor and held up well. They did absorb a lot of the broth I blended it with so I would want to double the liquid. Would love to have a product like this that came with some seasoning options so it could be a true replacement for the easy to make gluten filled style noodles.

I couldn’t believe the reviews but it’s true. It tastes so much better than all the other gluten free ramen noodles, and doesn’t require rinsing after cooking. Way better than what Costco carries.

I’m still new to being gf, so finding decent alternatives to my usual foods has been difficult. I really enjoy these noodles, they’re one of the better tasting gf alternatives I’ve had. I got them to make ramen in a jar at work, they take a bit longer to cook than other gluten options, but not too difficult. Will likely purchase again.
Spartan Naomi-010 –
OMG!!! This is just like the cheap packages of ramen. I add Jayuss gluten free chicken ramen seasoning and it tastes exactly like regular chicken ramen.
This is one of the few things I’ve been able to find a perfect equivalent to since going gluten free. I will say it didn’t look all that appetizing in the package, but once cooked, I wouldn’t be able to tell the difference between it and regular ramen noodles. The taste and texture are spot on.

Rice noodle Ramen. Amazing. Doesn’t taste off like most gluten free stuff. Would buy again, even outside of celiacs. Picture is of a poor man’s meal i like to make for lunch.

This is my first time using a gluten free ramen alternative and this is great. Even my husband that is not gluten free said the taste is comparable to regular ramen. I was happy that we were able to make homemade ramen and I got to enjoy it gluten free!

Great noodles. You can’t even really tell that they’re gluten free. They hold together rather well and have much of the “snap” you expect from ramen noodles. Very good.
Mack –
Product is decent. Texture and look is a bit funky but I guess that’s the norm for gluten free. After cooking, tasted good so no real complaints.
Spartan Naomi-010 –
Has the texture of ramen noodles and tastes great!

I was diagnosed with Celiac 6 years ago & have been gluten-free since. It has been hard finding gluten-free free ramen that is like ramen. These do not disappoint! Texture is great! Flavor is good. Highly recommend!

I had this gluten-free ramen noodles for lunch…Absolutely delicious. I would buy this again in a minute. Thumbs up!!!

These came all in one piece, none broken. They taste super yummy and have a nice chewy texture of regular ramen noodles. I really like these. The serving is quite big, over 2oz. 🙂

Really tasty gf noodles! I was surprised at how much I liked the texture and taste. I’d been using basic rice noodles as a replacement in my ramen, and I love rice noodles, but, if you’re craving ramen, these satisfy that craving so much better! I may have overcooked them, because they’ve broken apart, but, even still, they aren’t mushy at all.
Spartan Naomi-010 –
I’m giving these 4 stars. I love that they are made with brown rice and feel like a much healthier option than standard instant noodles. However, the texture was a bit different than I expected. They are definitely harder and chewier than traditional ramen noodles, even after cooking them for the recommended time. They don’t have that soft, slippery ‘slurp’ that wheat noodles have; they stay a bit more firm and dense. Someone suggested letting them soak in the hot broth for an extra 2–3 minutes after you turn off the heat can help soften that “hardness” without making them mushy.

I absolutely have not found anything that even remotely compares to these noodles. These remind me of the cheap Maruchan noodles that I grew up with. Soft, thin, and great for a simple Ramen noodle soup. I still am tinkering with broth, but come even close to the Shin ramen broth that I was used to before, but at least I now have something comparable to the noodles I used to love and enjoy before being diagnosed celiac. Pleasantly surprised in the best way possible.

So good. Made it on its own with water and chicken bullion and it taste just like the regular top ramen. Texture is a bit different but deffinitly satisfied the craving. 👍🏽

Overall: For being gluten free, I’m very impressed. You can use these noodles pretty much however you would use normal instant ramen, though the cook times are different.
Pros:
Good flavor without being overly salty.
Holds it’s shape after cooking.
Has the “bite” you’d expect from ramen noodles.
Cooks fast and easy.
Portion size is comparable to traditional instant noodles, so you can use these interchangeably with most recipes.
Cons:
Noodles are a little thinner than I’d like.
No included flavoring, so you’ll need to either know how to make a ramen stock or have some sort of instant packet separately.
Attached photo is a soup of vegetable stock, tamari, hondashi, and gochujang. Instant vegetable mix-ins, fried red bell pepper, egg sunny side up, and spam slices.
