I love them. They do not leak. It is also great for the portion control, that is, the oil that comes out is not too much or not too little. It is easy to control the amount and avoid accidental over-dressing of the salads. It is easy to clean, and the labels are water-resistant. I washed the bottles with the labels on them and the labels were still intact! It came with a funnel for easy filling. Also, they put an extra lid (I had four bottles but 5 lids). Perhaps the one extra is a back up.

Yesterday, I was surprised by a package I wasn’t expecting. The company that sells these sent me 2 new bottles and several new stoppers, funnels, and labels.
I haven’t used them yet, but because I didn’t ask and the company is trying to make it right, I’m changing my review. After I try the new bottles, I will give another update on the actual product. Their customer service is five star. I appreciate a seller who pays attention and tries to make right anything perceived as wrong.

Look.
It was a lightning deal. Thought I’d make homemade herbed olive oil for my kids. Well.
I put the herbs and oil in each bottle (the included funnel is handy)…put the stoppers in the tops (left 2 inches of head space)…and left them sitting on the counter (after I put labels on the bottles, I filled them).
They didn’t get moved. Completely undisturbed.
They didn’t leak at the point where the bottle meets the stopper. Nope. They were leaking around the neck of the pour spout. NO KIDDING.
I didn’t touch them. Don’t live in an earthquake prone area. No one jumped up and down, there were no rock slides, no disturbances whatsoever. Not even a light breeze.
And they leaked.
So I had to give leaky bottles to my kids. The oil ran down the sides onto my cardboard tags (I put them on with twine) and made it look like i’m a messy person who doesn’t care.
I told my kids to buy new bottles and that I was sorry for the bad quality.
I don’t advise purchasing these. They’re pretty. I thought they’d be awesome. I have NEVER, in my 51 years (about 35 of that in culinary) seen a bottle that leaked ABOVE olive oil that had been sitting dead still on the counter.
I’d send them back, but I had no money this year (well, very little) to purchase gifts with and homemade gifts were what seemed best. Had to sit them outside in boxes for my kids to pick up because of Covid. And they leaked. At least the empty liquor bottles I used to make lamps (using fairy lights from another lightning deal) worked and were a big hit.
Can you tell I am very disappointed? I hope so. I don’t leave bad reviews. Not unless they’re well deserved. Nothing ever deserved a bad review more than these.

These are very nice the only thing is that they feel like the glass is very thin. The fact that the glass is thin also makes them light which is also nice. The pourers are nice and give a very controlled pour of the oil, which I like.

SO cute. Pretty good glass, the tops are plastic incase you were wondering and the closure doesnt spring back closed, which is a bit of a pain. But they look great, exactly what i needed. AND it came with an extra stopper! They dont come with labels so I just made my own and stuck them to the bottom!

I only rated these a 3 star because the description did not mention how small the pour spouts are. These are tiny and great if you are doing a detailed pour. Not good for using for cooking as it takes a good 10 seconds to get 2 Tbs into a pan! Also, the “valve” does not close tightly and you really have to lift up on the ‘thumb’ area in order to seal off the spout. They are good for decorations and your speciality oils/vinegars, but I would not recommend for your work horse oils!
The labels that come with the set are beautiful, but only has a very limited ‘pre-printed’ words. I use these for my Avocado Oil and Olive Oil – and had to use my label maker for the Avocado.

They are amazing for oils and sauces! They were easy to clean (you will need a small brush for them). The grip is nice and has slipped from my hands yet. They fit well anywhere you put them! The pour quality is nice! It’s not to fast or to slow. The perfect in between! Would buy again! I did order different labels for them to match the rest of my kitchen though!
