My husband and I have been taking this for over a week so far. He loves it and says he’s noticed an increase in energy and this is the only thing he’s done different. As for me, it makes me tired, which isn’t good because I need the extra energy. I read that ashgwanda can cause sleepiness so I don’t know. I may try taking it at night and seeing if it helps my energy levels during the day. I’m only giving it 3 stars because of my experience but my absolutely husband loves it .

I’ve had a series of strange symptoms for the past 3 years. Exhaustion starting at 2 pm lasting till 6-7pm. A slight headache. Mental fog or slight confusion.
Doctors had no clue so I went to naturopaths. They had a clue, adrenal fatigue but the supplements they offered did not help so naturally I thought them wrong.
This product literally gave me my life back but I understand every body is different. From the reviews I’ve read the product can start working starting from 48 hours to weeks. With me it was “minutes”. I know crazy. I now take two 1/4 teaspoons a day. I take one at 1pm and another before sleep. It’s been less than a week and already I’ve gotten my life back, my mental state is finally clear again. I’m retired and felt I was better dead, no joke, I play bridge and do amateur acting and that was lost to me. But now I’m head clear and have energy, also I sleep better. I get a normal 8 hours per night of sleep.
I’m not going to say that this product will have this effect on everyone, but if you’re suffering from chronic fatigue and you think its a hormone production problem maybe this is worth a try.

Working very well but found the second dose to much, got a slight headache went to one dose a day and I’m fine.

That may sound like a contradiction but its not. There is a huge difference between fatigued and tired. Besides I believe the tired is not my Adrenals its allergies. Cant be 100% sure I’ll continue to explore. My auto immune system is compromised so I have a battle on my hands.

I’ve struggled with fatigue and stubborn weight that I just couldn’t seem to lose. I saw a naturopath in 2018. He had me take his proprietary adrenal and thyroid supplements. I felt awesome and lost about 8 pounds without even really thinking about. However, the snafu was that the naturopath kept wanting more money for visits, blood draws, and his own supplements. I ran out of what I had, gained the weight back (and then some) and went on with life. Fast forward to this year, I put on even more weight during the pandemic and was tired and stressed all the time. I thought back to the last time I felt really good and remembered the naturopath. I had tried thyroid supplements off and on since then, but not the adrenal support. I found this stuff with all the great reviews and figured, “eh, why not?” Well, I’m down over twenty pounds, I’m not stress eating, I feel a little bit more focused, I have better digestion and have some more energy. The energy improvement is not earth shattering, life changing, but I think there is some improvement. The main thing was finally being able to lose weight. I also just generally feel more excited about life and going out and doing things. The flavor is actually sort of sweet. I even looked to see if it had honey or something in it. I take it three times per day with each meal. Every body is different, so this may or may not help you. However, it also can’t hurt to try.

I have tried so many supplements for adrenal fatigue. I have Hashimoto’s disease and fatigue has been a big thing in my life. The first time I used this I was amazed. Seriously, it freaked me out. I had enough energy to get through the day without praying for a nap. I waited a few days to write this review to see if it was a fluke, it wasn’t. I actually had the energy to take my daughter to the Doctor and go shopping all in the same day. It may not sound like much but for me its HUGE. It doesn’t have a bad taste, but honestly, even if it did I would still give it 5 stars because of the energy I have. I have also found in these few days that my urge to snack at night is gone and my circulation is better. I usually have to wear a sweater year round, but am only wearing a t-shirt as I write and my hands aren’t cold. I am truly amazed, truly. I will be sharing this product with my Hashimoto’s group. It is AWESOME. Just in case you are wondering, I was not given this product to review, I’m not related to anyone that makes this product and I’m not being paid. Its just great =)

This helped me boost my energy during the day as I treated a severe case of adrenal fatigue- I was sleeping once every 2 days and was so tired I couldn’t get out of bed and I had short term memory loss- I’d literally forget what what I was talking about mid sentence. The product works within about 10 minutes for a nice pick-me-up. I was at a point where I was taking less and less during the day as my condition improved. I used it in combination with a supplement regimen and relevant lifestyle improvements so I wouldn’t EVER rely on this alone to correct adrenal fatigue, but it was nice while it lasted. I also liked the taste of it- it was a little weird and it reminded me of honey; it was probably the vegetable glycerin or something. You should only take this if your energy is crashing because when I took this and had adequate energy it sent me spiraling in the other direction. It’s supposed to help balance the cortisol, so if you have enough energy I’d recommend avoiding it until needed. Maybe it won’t impact other people that way, but I did notice it making me sleepy if I was energetic when I took it. So I only took it in the morning when I woke up and later if I need a boost around 1pm.
I also want to point out that it does lose its effectiveness overtime once the bottle has been opened and that’s because it is in vegetable glycerin. I know that when I use other herbal substances in vegetable glycerine they lose effectiveness overtime too. So even though it tastes better, there is a REASON that most tinctures are in alcohol, yucky though it might be. So if you aren’t going to use this up within a month you may notice a dip in potency just FYI. Might not impact everyone, but I notice that after having it for almost a month, it wasn’t working as well, but then I ran out anyway so whatever. 😉 If you are getting something to use very sparingly and want it to last for ages then you might want an alcohol based tincture like Herb Pharm’s Adrenal Support.
