Love this seasoning, it has a very good flavor and is a bit in the sweet side like brown sugar. Very tasty on potato’s and I had a good time with it when I smoked a pork shoulder for pulled pork. It’s very friendly for kids and for individuals who don’t like spikes of spice like harsh pepper or things on the spicy side. Zero spicy taste to my pallet and my kids don’t mention anything about it.
