I have gotten into the habit of taking probiotics after a round of anti-biotics or the every 5 year colonoscopy. This product is a good way to re-jumpstart your gut health after either of those situations or just to balance it out.
The 5 Billion CFU Saccharomyces Boulardii dosage that this provides is inline with what I have taken in the past. This one month supply is very easy to take, is clearly labeled and if it fits what you are looking for, I would definitely recommend it.

I was excited to have these on hand since Saccharomyces Boulardii is an important probiotic.
The company states they are doing third party testing but I don’t see any information on that. I also don’t see any GMP Certification, which I look for on supplements, or information on where it is made (is it made in the USA? Doesn’t say). Because of all of those things, I took off two stars. You have to have confidence that what you are buying is what they say it is. Since supplements are unregulated, these items are the least a quality manufacturer can complete.
I also prefer my supplements in a glass jar (not mixing with microplastics) or, even better, in a pouch like Adapt Naturals.
Saccharomyces Boulardii is a strong probiotic and not for consistent use. Do your research or ask your doctor before adding it to your diet.

I know that it is said, it all begins in the gut for good health. I’ve been taking probiotic supplements for a while to support my gut health, immune system and overall well being. This product “The Booster” is a quality probiotic that boosts the good bacteria and reduces the bad. It is formulated with 5 Billion CFU Saccharomyces Boulardii, a single strain yeast that occurs naturally in the human digestive system and also clinically studied for it’s benefits. According to the instructions, to re-balance the gut, I am taking as suggested 1 easy to swallow capsule in the evening, and after 1-2 weeks or so, and if needed, to add an additional capsule in the morning. The bottle contains 30 capsules, so depending on your situation, it may last you 30 days or less. This is a targeted single strain clinically studied and quality made product to support your gut and overall wellness that I suggest you consider and give a try.

I don’t know if I am generally overly sensitive, but I often experience an after taste (or worse—burps) when I take supplements. It’s too early for me to truly say how well these will work for me, however, they passed the first test! No after taste whatsoever.
I chose this particular probiotic because it consists of a single strain of probiotic bacteria: S. boulardii. I’ve read that this particular strain is very robust and more likely to survive stomach acid. I can’t make specific claims, but can share with you my reasoning. It is thought that this strain of probiotics can be taken at any time of day and either with or without food. This just works so much better with my chaotic life schedule.
The capsules themselves are the type that you can pull apart if needed. Maybe you intend to sprinkle them on food or something (again—I can’t advise whether this is a good idea, but I can tell you that the form of the capsules would make that possible).

The only con I have encountered is pricing, at almost a dollar a day this will strain my elective supplement budget. But I immediately move on to relate the quality experience I had on these gut health boosting capsules. They proved effective during a stressful period and provided a positive atmosphere amidst a struggle. These did not provide any interference or cause a stomachache.
The capsules are standard size and did not have an odor prior to taking them, while swallowing or after taking them. There was no awkward back up either, it was easy to take. The advantages of gut health are becoming more well researched and reported, I found these to be beneficial.
