It is beautiful but it has no sound! First, I was disappointed when I received it to see that it didn’t include the thin brush to clean the narrow part of it. I follow instructions about using the spray and keep airing for a few days to remove the smell that may have. I did all that, and then use it. Not a sound like a shofar! I first listened to a class by a Jewish Rabbi teachings of how to correctly blow a shofar, but nothing helped.
I would like to exchange it for another one please.

When I received, it had a chip in it which I didn’t see until I’ve had it for about 60 days and use it for the first time and it’s too late to return it or exchange it but other than that, I put some tape on it and the sound is still very good

First, Shofar arrived was not the color displayed beige; it was black. Shofar received in unsanitary and poor condition: it’s dirty inside, chips all around the bottom edge (inside), brown dirty spots. Shofar smells as though it was laid in dirty urine. The odor is extremely strong with urine.

Beautiful and very different from one another. I brought several for my children and they are so excited. These are good for children due to the size. Some grown adults may prefer this size actually, but personally for myself I had to buy a bigger one.

I couldnt stand the odor from the horn. No matter what I did so I put it outside and eventually threw it out. I just couldn’t get the odor out of my sinuses. I’m sensitive to odors and if it makes me sick I toss it out or donate it.
