The Hardcore Carnivore Rub delivers great flavor and really makes a steak shine. It creates a fantastic crust when seared and adds a bold, savory taste that enhances the meat. It is a bit salty for my liking, so I use it sparingly, but overall it’s a solid choice if you want to take your steak or other meats to the next level.

This stuff is the best fajita/southwestern TexMex seasoning I have ever used. I constantly find me using it anywhere I would be wanting a mexican flair. From meat to veggies and even casseroles, I love it in everything.

Hands down one of the best all around seasoning on the market. I use it on steaks and pork chops. Just dont overdue it. a light dusting will change your flavor world. Please note it does have charcoal in it which is perfectly fine for you but it will stain. Trust me this will be your go to seasoning once you try it.

Excellent rub for meats getting cooked for tacos or fajitas. We used this on goat for birria and WOW!

Just try this:
– Rub your steak of choice with Hardcore Black. I prefer a thick cut prime NY strip
– Leave in fridge for at least an hour
– Get smoker going to 200-250 with beef friendly wood (hickory, post oak, etc). Any charcoal grill with one chunk of wood works
– Smoke until internal temp of 110F
– Put steak in fridge
– Get coals blazing hot. Use a leaf blower if needed.
– Set grill grate right over red hot coals, put out any fire
– Sear for ~2 min per side, adjust to desired finish temp
– Rest for at least 5 min
– Enjoy the best, beautifully crusted, juicy steak of all time
