I currently have three peacocks (2 boys, 1 girl), and they like to perch outside my front door on the deck railing…. and they also like to occasionally ring the dinner bell that’s out there. My husband uses that bell to call in our livestock guardian dog for breakfast, but the peacocks like to play with it a bit, too.
Sooooo… I’m going to hang two or three of these crystals on the bell pull to encourage the peacocks to peck at them and ring the bell.
Yeah, so I’m easily amused 😉
The crystals are bigger than I expected, maybe about as long as the average index finger. I like the size and glitter (reflective glitter, not the other kind) very much. The metal hanging rings seem a bit flimsy for outdoor use (especially for how *I* want to use them), so I’m going to use some stainless steel wire my Beloved Husband has to connect them on to the current leather bell pull.
I’m excited! And I pray that we can get video so that I can update this review with a video of our peacocks making some music 😉

Sieht super schön aus, viel besser als auf den Bildern. Ich habe die Kristalle an ein Holz gehängt und in die Küche, weil wir da morgens am meisten Sonne haben. Die ganze Küche hat jetzt kleine Funkeln 🙂 Habe mit Chat Gpt ausgerechnet wie viele Kristalle und welche Größe ich für unsere Küchengröße brauche um so viele bunte Funkeln wie möglich zu haben.

They were substantial in weight. Arrived securely, well packaged complete with hanging hook. Glass was clear in color and provided a bit of sparkle when Christmas tree lights reflected off surface. Lacks the brilliance of genuine lead crystal.

These are beautiful crystals with a wonderful iridescence. They hang wonderfully, although putting the metal rings on was a bit tedious, and I bent a number of them in the process. They still look great and have a nice weight and balance to them. I added them to my Charlie Brown-esque tree as its sole decoration aside from natural pine cones from my yard. My cats destroyed my last tree in under 10 minutes, hence the small artificial tree with branches only at the top. Cats! I loved the crystals so much I purchased a second set and am thinking about a third as well. They’ll add some sparkle without gaudiness, as long as you don’t add hundreds to an area. I’m thinking of hanging some permanently from my iron candelabra.

These pendants are gorgeous! The sparkle on them is insane and they create beautiful rainbow prisms when the sun catches them. They come with little hooks for easy hanging. These are not cheap plastic pendants. Very high-quality and don’t scratch. Will definitely be buying more for my sun-catchers.
