    I bought this after seeing someone on TikTok suggest buying this for long days at Disney and Universal theme parks and I am happy I did! After days of almost 20K steps and standing on lines, this Epsom gel was a savior in the evenings- you get an immediate soothing relief!

    My daughter is at a pre-professional dance school, dancing 6-7 day a week. She says this product has really helped sooth her feet/calf pain when dance is over for the day. Esp useful when you don’t have time for an epsom salt bath.
    I have tried it on my old feet and it feels good and smells pleasant and natural (I am extremely sensitive to smells/scents). I do find it dries a bit sticky/cakey for my liking, but if I put it on and wear a sock it’s fine. I would not use it in the day and put an unsocked foot into my shoes.

    This stuff has been working great for my feet especially my left foot. I had an injury a long while back, it ended up being broken/fractured but never healed right. When I am on my feet all day which I am being a teacher I put this on when I get home and within a few minutes the pain goes away. Best part is the price is reasonable. I was using a topical CBD lotion but after I used it all and didn’t want to spend the price I decided to give this a try.

    Our chiropractor suggested using this on our toddler every night after bathtime as magnesium is an excellent sleep aid! Warm bath, coupled with body massage with this lotion is definitely improving our daughters sleep. We keep it in the fridge to have a cooling effect.

    Purchased two of these to travel to Orlando Florida where we spent multiple double digit hours walking around the parks. Found this to be a much better option than having to lug around a huge bag of salt to pour into a tub. Rubbed it on the bottom of my feet nightly and it helped relieved swelling and achiness. Didn’t hurt that I wore appropriate shoes. Overall, would purchase again and it a mistake for instances where I will log a lot of miles on my feet.

    I love soaking my feet in Epson salt but it’s such a hassle to run the water add the salt, use it then dump it. This product is excellent for pain relief and definitely has a cooling and soothing effect. However, it’s goopy and messy to use. I thought it would be the consistency of a lotion or even toothpaste but it’s very watery and just not pleasant to use. I usually put down a towel, apply it and then rest my feet on the towel for a few minutes so it will dry. it has a stickiness as well so which I do not want to leave in my hands Certainly it’s easier than the whole Epson salt soak process, but not as easy to use as expected
