I have 2 exotic shorthair cats. Both are just under 2 years old, which means still super curious and constantly getting into everything. Between the adventures in the house, and a far worse pollen season than normal, the eye discharge has been both constant and extra goopy. On my white boy, it’s obvious very quickly. My little tuxedo, however seems to hoard his eye boogers until it becomes an issue and his lids stick together. These wipes are so gentle, but thorough. Granted on the tuxedo, it takes one wipe per eye, but the dried on crust removes easily and quickly, and the ingredients seem to help lessen the goop for a few days. Well worth the money, and my veterinarian has given her stamp of approval. Brimley, however, as a toddler seems to prefer to wait until one eye is stuck shut, but we hope he’ll grow out of it. Until then, these wipes absolutely save the day every time!

I have a Pomeranian who has had runny eyes since she was six months old. These wipes are absolutely fantastic!! She hates it when you wipe her face or do anything near her eyes but these are so easy to use she sits still and lets me clean her. After using them for a week the stains are gone!! This is a wonderful product for eye care maintenance!! According to my vet you want to use these pads to clean your dogs eyes no more than twice a week. Just remember to be gentle as the eye area is very sensitive!!!!

The pads are not wet enough to clean my dogs runny, matted allergy eyes. They are easy to get out of the container, smell pleasant and would be perfect for dogs or cats that do not have my pups problem

I have a runt of the litter 7lb 1 yr old Havanese. She has horrible tear stains. This product has such positive reviews I thought I would try. I used 2 wipes and they did absolutely positively NOTHING to remove the stains. There was ZERO residue on the pads themselves after use. If I was forced to say anything positive about this product it would be that it smells nice and my Havanese tolerated me using them on her face. She doesn’t like her face touched. Way too expensive for no results.
*Update .. After I posted my 1 star review the company reached out to me and offered a full refund. They contacted me not the other way around. I stick by my review. I’ve used them for several days now with zero results. i am upgrading the rating from a 1 star to 3 solely because of the great customer service.

My cat is afraid of his shadow. I have tried to remove eye build up with wipes, but he’s terrified of them. These are soft and smaller, so he’s cool with them. I like how this product has no scent. I’ve been using this every day on my two dogs and there has been no allergic reaction. The small cotton round it sturdy and does not tear when I wipe them with it. It’s soft and I feel comfortable using it on their eyes. It helps clean off dried gunk much better than a tissue could. The only 2 complaints I have: 1) it’s easy to accidentally use multiple wipes as they stick together in the container and 2) I don’t not notice this product helping in any tear stain prevention. Other than cleaning, it doesn’t help keep gunk away.

This product far exceeded my expectations!!! Our cream colored miniature poodle’s nose looks beautiful each time after using this product. It removes the previous reddish tear stains over 95% and with natural ingredients—very impressive! I’ve used other products but with poor results. The final result of HICC is a very mild scent that cleans away the previous STINKY odor from her tears.
TLFR –
These wipes are taking care of my cat’s eyes to keep them clear of tear stains and teaching her to be okay with having her eyes wiped. She has allergies, so unscented wipes work best.

My cat has chronic tearing — nothing harmful — but it’s a daily occurrence. I’ve tried three other types of wipes, and they really didn’t help remove the staining. I tried this one when it arrived and I could already see that it works much better. It’s a bit more expensive than the others, but I’m more than happy to pay more for something that actually works. I also like that it helps treat the condition. That would be great. I think it’s just allergies, but if it gets better, you bet I’ll be back to leave follow-up positive feedback.
