I cannot compare this foot spa to any other since it is the first time I try something like this.
As a beginner user, I found this wonderful.
The spa is shaped like a square bucket and it has a rather large dimension, both on surface and in depth. This allows for deep immersion of my feet and the massaging elements are on the bottom of the bucket.
The spa is big enough for all my family members including my husband who wears a size 13 in shoes.
I am very happy with this item, but be aware that it is rather large and bulky. I have it permanently parked in my bathroom, and being on wheels I move it to the shower chair when in use. I like sitting on the chair and soaking my feet and getting a massage at the same time.
For me the only critique is that it is very difficult to lift the spa for taking the water out after use. Everything else is very pleasant and the spa is very easy to use. The experience is satisfying.

I bought this foot spa because I wear a size 14 and it’s one of the few options on Amazon that accommodates larger feet. While it has a few nice features like strong heating and decent build quality, the overall experience didn’t live up to expectations. The massage strength is barely noticeable, and several design flaws made it uncomfortable and impractical to use.
Pros:
Fits large feet (size 14) comfortably
Water can maintain a very hot temperature
Heating element is located safely beneath the rollers, not near the toes
Secure drain plug for emptying
Built-in wheels help with moving it when not full
Cons:
Massage action is extremely weak and underwhelming
Two massage modes (soft and strong), but there’s virtually no difference between them; both feel equally ineffective
No bubble function
Tall bucket walls make it hard to use while sitting on a couch; requires a higher chair to sit comfortably
Water line markings on interior of bucket are only in Mandarin
QC stamp on the paperwork is just printed, not an actual stamp, which raises doubts about inspection quality
Very heavy when filled and tough to move, especially on carpet
Impossible to fully drain without turning spa upside down or awkwardly angling the unit toward the drain plug
Power cord is extremely short. I had to use an extension cord
Plug is unusually narrow and difficult to insert into a standard outlet
In the end, I returned the unit due to the weak massage performance and numerous design issues. It has some nice ideas, especially for people with large feet, but in practice it’s frustrating to use and doesn’t deliver where it counts.

It is amazing. I have some major tears in my ankle which requires surgery. For 8 weeks. The only thing that was helping me was taking a hot bath, but when I got my water bill of $320 I almost choked. So I was going on Amazon looking for a good foot bath, this is one that was deep but a little expensive. But I figured what’s $200 versus $300 in water. It is amazing, the temperature settings are accurate and so is the timer. I absolutely love this foot massager, it’s the best thing that I ever purchased. My water bill in the house has gone down significantly, and I use this everyday. After every walk I do. It is worth its money.
