I purchased these hoops to use in my lip piercings, and I haven’t had any irritation from them after about a year of use. The variety of sizes are very convenient for finding a good fit. In particular, the hoops work quite well and only fell out during eating one time! They’re so comfortable that I forget I’m even wearing a them.
The horseshoes, relying on the threaded bead ends, are more prone to falling off. I’m fact, I would recommend finding additional ends if you plan to wear the horseshoes in a piercing that’s subjected to a lot of stress, such as in the lip. I ended up giving up on them because they were too much of a hassle to retighten repeatedly with hemostats.
I do believe these are genuine 316L stainless steel. They passed the magnet test (they are not magnetic) and have not tarnished at all. In fact, they’ve retained a shine extremely well, despite being worn in my mouth for months.

I’m no jewelry expert, but I am sensitive to metals and these don’t bother me! I’m not a fan of clickers because I suck at opening them in general, but these were predictable and worked like any other clicker I’ve had. The horseshoe barbells are comfortable, (don’t stink!!), and screw/unscrew without issue. Inserting each one was also easy and comfortable. They are lightweight, and I like that these comes with various sizes!

Highly recommend if you have a lot of piercings! Lots of sizes and they give you 2 of each. Some of the clasps were tricky to get on though.
