Tarot cards with the traditional Pamela Colman Smith artwork are my favorite! I own many RWS decks with various color schemes, art styles, and special features. This deck has an iridescent silvery finish that’s shiny. The “rainbow” effect isn’t that strong, but they are pretty. The size (clearly noted in the description) is smaller than standard tarot cards, but not as small as a pocket or mini deck. They’re actually a nice in-between size that would make them lightweight and handy to carry with you, so that’s a positive.
A “negative” feature in my opinion is that they come in a tuck box, which I’ve found don’t hold up well over time (compared to sturdier two-piece or magnetic closure boxes). However, for the price paid – about $9 – I can’t complain. The deck does NOT come with a guidebook, but since they’re RWS cards, even most beginners will be familiar with the meanings. Or you can use any standard tarot reference book. The cards are very generic – there’s no company name, price or barcode on the box.
The deck description on Amazon says these cards are a “game” for 2-3 players, with a playtime of 30-90 minutes, suitable for game nights. WHAT?! They’re tarot cards, not a game. I laughed when I read the description – it says “the rules are simple and easy to learn” but the deck doesn’t even include a little white guidebook. So that’s weird!
For the inexpensive price, they’re a shiny tarot version that will be good to have in my collection, but they’re nothing unique or special.

The xvuzeqt Holographic Tarot Deck – 78 Laser Color-Shifting Cards, Beginner-Friendly is your basic RWS images that are a bit hard to see clearly, at least for me, because of the holographic overlay on top of them. The back of the cards is a nice, pretty design of a flower. There’s absolutely no guidebook & no QR code to take you to the creator’s site for a guide, so there’s no educational value for a beginner. The card size is standard for playing cards or tarot cards. I like that they don’t try to pretend to use heavier cardstock, as some other generic decks do. The cards feel like thick printer paper or very thin cardstock, making them flexible, but they’re not going to be durable. This deck is something that you would find in like the $5 and under store, which is an appropriate price for what you’re getting. Meaning, the $11.90 price point (at time of order) is way overpriced.

NOTE: The title of this item is incorrect. This product is a set of holographic tarot cards. The artwork on the tarot cards is excellent, but keep in mind that this is a smaller-than-usual deck. Most tarot cards are quite large and take up quite a bit of table space if you want to do a read, but these are smaller so they will work with a reduced footprint. The cards themselves shimmer with foil kind of loveliness, and the artwork is classic tarot artwork. Highly recommended.

Pretty small but colors are there with it being holographic on one side and not the other did kind of give it a weird slant, but not a bad little miniature deck to have on hand not gonna lie if you play with it too long and lead to headaches, but other than that is pretty cool
