I’ve been taking this supplement brand, off and on for about 4 months now, to support a healthy heart and maintain a good blood pressur. So far it seems to be working well for me. Generally, I don’t have a high BP but because it could be genetic and as a senior, I just want to keep the numbers between the green and yellow mark of the BP monitor. I like the fact that its rapid release softgels, odorless and it’s high mg. I have tried other name or generic brands with lesser mg and they’re also good. I’m ordering this again to see if it will continue to give me the good numbers.
But as usual, I would consult with a physician before taking it if you have any other health issues, concerns or questions.
