I’ve used this product for well over a decade, and continue to love it. It thinly but effectively coats the wok or pan, and leaves a very light flavor on the food.

I’ve used this oil in the past and decided to get some again whilst looking for other oils to use in the wok. I like this oil for the garlicky flavor it adds. You’ll want to have some good ventilation when using – because it does have a tendency to stink up the whole house – but the flavor doesn’t seem as strong as the smell. I also like that it’s a glass bottle and the small hole dispenser cap is perfect for adding small amounts at a time.

Love this stuff. I have a wok and occasionally make some Asian dishes. Almost all of them call for oil. This oil is infused with garlic, onion and herbs. Adds flavor to everything you cook in it

I would use this sparingly if you do not want a strong garlic flavor. It mixes well with other oils or as a flavoring to ramen, spaghetti, and other foods. I use it in so many dishes and to brown chicken or veggies.

The double set of oil bottles that I ordered arrived in a box with an oily residue both on the cardboard & on the boxes themselves. One of the bottle caps was broken, resulting in oil leakage throughout. Amazon refunded my money after I sent a picture of the problem, but that still left me with two bottles of oil & only one functional cap. Annoying. That said, the oil itself is quite tasty. The garlicky flavor adds taste to whatever I’m sautéing — making veggies, meats, chicken, potatoes — everything more delicious. I recommend the oil & wish you better luck than I had with its delivery.
