I”ve been reading about the health effects of these hydrogen bottles so I figured “why not”? There are a lot of products that claim to relieve inflammation, give you more energy etc. this is one of those products. The only thing I can say with certainty is what I can experience. I don’t feel more energetic, but I do feel like I sleep better…I haven’t been waking up as frequently as in the past. I must say, I’m making an effort to eat better and stay active during the day so, draw your own conclusion. Others have stated water tastes better after the hydrogen treatment so I did an experiment to see if water tastes better. In my taste test, there was no difference in the taste of water. There may be benefits, but in my opinion, there is no way to truly tell.

I love that it’s USB-C rechargeable and even has a self-cleaning function, which makes it super convenient. The glass design feels premium, and 420ml is a good size for daily use.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the cycle takes a bit longer than expected, but overall it’s an excellent product for boosting hydration and health. Overall works great and easy to use.

I am new at this type of thing so it was an interesting experience getting to “know” it.
Pretty much everything about it seems to work, although I have yet to try the breathing tube (I’m a bit hesitant, to be honest).
The bubbles are so fun to watch, and I love all the bright colors.
It’s very quiet, and is a good size for a serving of refreshing water.
It’s really nice that it has a self-cleaning function. I pretty much do it every other use, just to be sure.
The reason I gave it 4 stars is because the instructions were a bit confusing, and not very “new user” friendly. I feel like just had to try stuff and see how it went, and I still don’t really know if I did it right. I also can’t really tell if it is making a difference in the way I feel. It seems like I feel kind of good after I drink it, but I can’t tell if it’s just placebo or not.
It is a fun experiment, and I will continue using it to see if it has any longer term benefits. Either way, it’s at least a fun way to get me to drink water!

about the PPB….if this one has 2000 PPBs, just run it 3 times and you will be having a 6000PPB in a $15 a bottle while those 6KPPB bottles are over $150

The bottle itself is glass, big size(not like others). When you read the info about such bottles you need to understand that they never give you 2000 or more PPB. This is just a n advertizement trick. But this bottle gives 900ppb which is not bad in this case. I have a bottle for 100 baks and after the PPB got lower and lower I decieded to buy a new one. So, did experiment with this cheap bottle. The PPB are same in both; 900. This bottle had a little bit bitter after taste for a few runs in beginingm then stabilisated. This bottle is not so stable when standing. If you accidently slightly touch it, it shakes ready to fall. The big plus of this bottle is a signal. So easy to hear when you are far away from it and then you know when the session is finished. I love the valume of 400 ml! With smaler size you would be exosted to fill your shaker by watter again and again. The mail diffirence is about glass: My expencieve bottle has feak walls of special glass for pressure protection. This onemade just from normal glass it seems. BUT… I like the ballance of price/quality. For me, the PPB is the mail factor,so, I ended up with this bottle and will see if this one will loose PPB soon or not.
