This is a really nice quality, glass bottle that makes hydrogen water in just 3 minutes. I’ve tried both the drinking water and the inhalation methods, and both were extremely simple to use. The description states it has PEM technology, but also offers self cleaning mode, which can possibly be contradictory. PEM prevents ozone (what remains after separating the hydrogen) from entering the water, but it would also prevent the ozone used in most self-cleaning modes to bypass the PEM membrane to clean. PEM membranes are not cheap, so it would certainly benefit a manufacturer to leave out which means using that device means drinking ozone. Not good. I’m not a scientist so I wouldn’t know the difference, but it’s something to take into consideration and decide for yourself.

Love these so much over time bought 5 . Gave all but 2 for gifts . I’ve been using one for 2 years & keeping one for spare . Watching it by my bedside table at night in the dark is better than a lava lamp. Recently the older one has a crimp on the clear gasket I’m sure i could find a replacement .
