I’m so glad I purchased this Tea I’ve been dealing with stress and anxiety and I’m surprised how quick this brought me tranquility, I feel like I could take a deep breath , I definitely will be having a cup after long days of work to relax and have a clear mind before going to bed definitely will be stocking up.

This stuff calms me down but I’m really reviewing it bc I found out each tea bag has a little quote on it and it’s very sweet and makes me happy

Has a great taste and good value for the money. The only downside is the individual tea bags do not mention there is chamomile in it while the box does. Not a huge issue if it’s for home but if you’re giving them out (which I do at the end of my yoga classes) I have to mention there is chamomile in there. Not the biggest issues but people have allergies so it’s important to list what’s in there.

I have been taking this tea for almost a week now and it has helped my anxiety TREMENDOUSLY. It relaxs me almost instantly. It tastes really good and I love that is is natural ingredients! I will be purchasing more teas from this company! It also helps me sleep as well which is a huge plus!

I’m trying to get away from sleeping pills and this tea is helping—On the first day I was just relaxed but not sleeping and then the second day did the trick-I heated a cup of hot of this tea and watched my Yugio shows and after the second show I was not drowsy so I turned the TV off and that’s all I can remember until 7 am and boy I felt AMAZING I thank God for this tea
