Wonder why it’s called colon cleanse tea! It really works and cleans you out! Great when you’re feeling constipated, and you need that one product that cleanses you out the next day. For me It doesn’t cause discomfort. Tastes good not like those nasty green tea detox flavours. I highly recommend it!

I had been taking iaso tea by TLC. It’s very very costly It’s like $50 for a 25 pack in a bag. And then you have to take two of those a day. This right here though… Baby, when I tell you it is the truth, it is the truth. It’s going to get you clean that you need. No cramping no discomfort, but when it’s time, you need to be near reasonable accommodations lol I would recommend taking psyllium husk or a bulking agent to pull from the intestinal lining as well. And I also take a papaya supplement that helps as well. I have been looking for the last 2 years for something to replace that tea. And I have found it.

This tea works so damn good! If I don’t drink my 6oz hot or cold before bed I will not poop the next day. This 100% keeps me regular and going to the bathroom daily.
I make it using my Keurig .. I use straight hot water with the smallest ounces (for me its 6oz) and simply drink it before bedtime.
By the next morning or after my first meal of the day (depending on what my body feels like doing) I am in the bathroom pooping. Sometimes I get little cramps but nothing unbearable – just kind of my body warning me that I’m going to poop in a few minutes.
Flavor wise it taste like a unsweetened tea .. I don’t drink it to taste – I drink it to shit so I don’t even add sugar .. I just chug it and keep it moving.
If you’re severally constipated give yourself 2-3 days of drinking this at night before bed for it to hit your body and get things flowing out.
I do not suggest to drink this in the morning – I did one day and literally couldn’t drive up the street to the grocery store because I was in the bathroom every 10 minutes. When you drink it before bed I feel like you give your body enough time to work and make you go poop first thing AM.

So I got this tea to try and help me lose some extra weight. Mainly these types of teas are meant to “clean you out” or make you use the bathroom to clean out your intestinal tract. So I had a cup after my last meal of the day and the next morning I had 2 “clean outs” and when I had another cup today, same thing happened. So needless to say this stuff cleans you out, but here’s the downside. You will get a major stomach ache. With both of my movements I had severe stomach aching and I had to go immediately. I would recommend using this product when you have a day off or are sitting around at home. You will be off and on the toilet the day after or the day you take it. Needless to say it works, but at what cost?

Strange to review a colon cleanse tea, but this is better than fiber, probiotics, magnesium or other pills. It’s predictable, stomach doesn’t cramp, and it’s gentle. I use it twice a week. Does what it says, but it also tastes pretty great; not medicinal. Drink it at night, and it works the next morning (not too early). Excellent product, and happy with the value pack. Individual bags are nicely wrapped in plastic/foil bag so the contents stay fresh. Best stomach/digestive help tea out there.

I’m on pain medication that makes you chronically constipated beyond belief, my doctor has given me everything under the sun, not sure if I’m allowed to list them on here so I wont, but nothing worked, or if it did work at first, it would stop working within a month or two at most. I was so miserable. I love tea, and was looking for some flavored herbals when I saw this, never thought it would work but thought it would taste good, and it does, and, it works. 1cup every morning and I go every late night, (about 12hours later.) If I eat steak, I need 2 cups. This is a lifesaver for me, and I’ve already turned 1 person on to it, they love it, says it works the same way for her as did for me. The price is well worth it, but I do hope it wont go up.

I hadn’t had a movement in a week and couldn’t eat because I was so bloated and uncomfortable. Laxatives don’t work for me for some reason, but I remembered this tea my coworker gave me a few years back. I definitely drank the whole cup back then, snuck up on me and it wasn’t great LOL. Make sure you have fast access to a restroom just in case it’s urgent, but I’ve finally had a *relatively* normal movement this afternoon. Took about 12 hours to kick in for me, I’m sure there’s a little more to come later this evening but one bag is all you should need if you can’t go!
