I wish that when you hit middle age, you could still sleep like you did when you were young. Since that isn’t an option naturally, I highly suggest Irwin Naturals Sleep with Melatonin. It let’s me rest without feeling groggy and awful the next day. I take two with a small glass of water. The capsules are a bit large so head’s up about that.

I only take one of these and they seem to help me fall asleep faster and if I take it an hour before I go to bed then it doesn’t give me any groggy feeling in the morning. Seems like a good combination for me and since everyone reacts differently to ingredients, in my opinion, it’s worth a try. If I would take 2 the amount of melatonin would give me weird dreams, so I just stick with the one pill.

I know that melatonin helps me sleep. I used it plain since menopause, but I was having trouble relaxing enough to fall asleep lately and had been using a gummy with ashwagandha with great success. But that had a lot a sugar and artificial color so I tried these pills. I could NOT FALL asleep. I could NOT STAY asleep. I would wake up after every dream cycle and toss and turn trying to go back to sleep. I would wake up around 3 am almost every night and not get back to sleep for over an hour. And the worst part was I would wake up hungry! I have never been a midnight snacker, but something in this formulation acted as a stimulant. Even if it had worked as advertised I would look for another solution because the pills are huge.

OK I thought I might add some context…since not drinkn anymore sleep well..it wasn’t a thing.. but I seen this product mentioned on a Facebook comment section that wasn’t related..so I tried it…thank you man!
