For this sale, I got 4 different sizes from the cupping kits. The self air-removal is great. However, I don’t like the selection of the sizes. They should have come in pairs. Why? If I need to use them on my shoulder for shoulder or neck pain, I will need one for left side and one for the right side. It’s pretty easy to use. I press them down to remove the air and they will stuck well to my skin. Its quality looks good and they can be washed with warm water and soap easily. These cupping and medicated oil will ease the pain rapidly. They can also be used during cold for flu on the back. They offer good value for money and travel. However, I still wish they came in pairs. I left it on for 5 minutes. The color will gradually goes away after awhile depending how dark they are. It’s normal.

I am a bodyworker and I found this silicone cupping set so useful for my practice.
This a set of different-sized silicone cups that I personally use for dynamic cupping on my patients. The grip and suction are great and it gets the job done for what I needed it for. Plus, it’s super durable and easy to wash with something like Dawn dish soap and hot water.
I like the variety of sizes, especially the small one is great for finer work, like on the anterior knee and tendons surrounding it.
Overall, these are great to have handy if you are a bodyworker like me.

I recently picked up JT’s cupping kit that comes with 4 different sized silicone cups and it’s been a great, low-key way to get some relief from muscle pain and improve circulation. The set of four different sized cups is a great, no-fuss feature for targeting different areas of the body. The small one can be used on the face for example while the large one can be used on the thigh. Note that they leave temporary marks, kind of like a hickey, so having little red marks on your face may not be something you want to have when you go to work. The marks go away, but that can take a little time. The cups are easy to use as you just push the top in, place on the skin, and release the top creating suction. I use them dry and then sometimes with my favorite oils. The kit comes with some instructions. I think this is a good introduction to cupping kit as there are more sophisticated ones with electric pumps to create suction using different materials. These are reusable and come with a pouch, which is a nice touch. This kit would make a nice gift item. The price point is reasonable. Overall, it’s a reliable product that has worked out well for my needs.

I’m giving this product 3.5 stars for the actual product, but only 1 star for the instructions (which, if followed, could lead to injury!)
I feel like the cups themselves are very similar to some name-brand blue cups I own, though these are a little a bit firmer. The firmness makes the larger two sizes of cups hard to squeeze when using a pinch-grip. The two smaller sizes are okay though.
The instructions, though….Just…no. Most of the professional training I have received in cupping using silicone cups recommends leaving the cups on for 2-3 minutes. Certainly not 10-20 minutes “until the skin begins to turn from red to purple”. Also, I take issue with the statement in the instructions that read, “It is normal to feel dizzy, fireworks, sweating, nausea and other symptoms during use.” Seriously? If you are a beginner, be sure you do NOT trust these instructions. Find some reputable instruction and work conservatively….or better yet, just buy your cups from a reputable manufacturer who has a commitment to educating people in how to use the cups safely.

This is a nice silicone set. The thickness of the silicone is good. It came with 4 different cup sizes for various areas of the body and an instruction sheet. I like the clear cups which enable you to monitor the skin color and condition. It is not much different from a brand name set I currently have.
If you are just getting started with cupping, I would recommend looking online for more tips. Using an oil lubricant on the skin will make it possible to glide the cups around and hold in place better. You can also apply the cups in the shower and use water or gel as the lubricant.
This set includes a storage pouch, instructions and 4 sizes of clear silicone cups with a base diameter of 2.5″, 2″,1.5″, and 1″.

I am a massage/cupping therapist and I bought these cups as a compliment to my already existing set but they do not work well. If you only use one, it may stick for a little while, but if you try adding a combination of cups in the same area they all pop off. Even if you just use one it still pops off often. They also just don’t get a good deep suction, it is light only.

I use the third to the largest for my knee when I have knee pain. I oil my skin and I cup and slide over the achy parts. It helps a lot and takes my pain away. There’s direction available if you’ve never used these before but they are really easy to use when you follow directions. There are high quality like the ones that are used in the spas.
