I was very disappointed with this item. As soon as I began setting it up, the strings started to fray and one even snapped before I could fully assemble it. The materials used are extremely cheap—everything from the base to the frame feels flimsy and poorly made. It doesn’t resemble the sturdy desk toy shown in the pictures. This was supposed to be a gift, but I couldn’t give something so fragile and unreliable. Avoid this product if you’re looking for anything durable or remotely well-crafted.

This is all plastic except for the balls. The one I ordered did not have the balls in line. It only lasted about 18 “clicks” before stopping. I returned it and ordered one with 7 balls, a wood base, and steel supports for $10 more. That one does over 30 clicks. Well worth the extra cost in my opinion.

I had this in my classroom and it was perfect until it accidentally got tangled. It quickly became a jumbled up mess and had to be thrown away. 😐

It’s ok for the price. I’ve never bought one of these before but I’ve used them. I wasn’t expecting the balls to go forever for a $15 price tag. However I thought it would last a little longer than 10 seconds. In the pictures I thought this product looked really nice. However once we received it everything seemed flimsy. Overall I was hoping this product was going to be a great find but it’s really just a “you get what you pay for.”

The item is good for the price. The base is plastic and lint attaches to it (making it hard to clean), but not a big deal. It would have been nice if the base was made of wood to give it more weight. Overall is a good product… my kid is very happy.
