It does taste like instant coffee but I use creamer so it doesn’t bother me. It helps a ton with energy and suppresses my appetite. If I skip a day I’m hungry all day. I don’t need an afternoon coffee when I have this and no crash either.

I’ve heard a lot of good things about mushroom coffee and its health benefits, so I wanted to try it. I like that this is a US product with higher quality control. Love the taste! It’s smoother than coffee and doesn’t have acidic flavor which hurts my stomach. I do feel extra energy too. My only recommendation for the manufacturer is to add suggested instructions, since it’s not typical coffee, proportions to water and brewing method will be helpful. I used a regular drip machine and about 1 spoon per cup of water.

Out of the different mushroom coffees I’ve tried, this one is by far the best one. It has great taste and it actually makes me feel calm and awake in the morning.

I ordered this because I’ve always wanted to try mushroom coffee. My first impressions were that it tastes a little bit like soy sauce and water, but I tend to not like instant coffee all that much anyway – so maybe I’m not a good judge of that. I found it got better if you add a little milk and went with the double scoop instead of a single. I do like how it doesn’t give me the jitters like a normal cup of Joe does. It seems to have less caffeine, but wakes me up and makes me feel alert. If you don’t mind instant coffee, you can probably get past the slight mushroom taste. I probably won’t order this again, but I will finish it. I have really enjoyed trying it out. It dissolves very well and froths up quite nicely.

I didn’t think “mushroom” and “coffee” belonged in the same sentence—until I took my first sip. Now? I’m a believer.
A friend (who knows about my mushroom obsession) introduced me to this magical brew, and it’s become my afternoon ritual. Smooth, rich Arabica flavor( no, it does not taste like a forest floor) —and just the right lift without the crash.
It’s surprisingly filling, subtly energizing, and packed with all the good stuff: Reishi, Chaga, Lion’s Mane.
Coffee with benefits? Yes, please.
