The flavor is the best.

I’m a huge fan of Kinder’s seasonings but this one is a whole new level. The taste is amazing, the spice blend is perfect. By far the best taco seasoning I have ever had.

Unique and satisfying!

I like it!
I bought this cause I’m reaching a point in life where I’m too lazy to make my own spice blends. This has a very smokey profile, but it’s not overpowering. Little bit spicy, maybe ever so slightly spicier than an average taco seasoning blend?
You get a ton for the price too. I’ve used it for soy curls, roasting cauliflower, and sprinkling on cheesy corn. It’s yummy!

I originally purchased this spice at Costco, and then, like most great Costco products, they stopped carrying it, and I have been looking for it ever since. I think it has maybe been discontinued by the company?? I love this spice for everything, BUT taco seasoning, which is what it was originally for. It has a great ancho chile and smoky flavor that goes with everything, including chicken, shrimp, and fish.

Unless Kinder doesn’t have a flavor we’re looking for, I’m buying this brand! Strong, but not overpowering flavor!

This flavorful taco seasoning surprised me. It has real noteworthy flavor compared to many others of the mainstream brands. Definitely will purchase again!

Kinder taco seasoning was recommended to me by a Mexican home cook who always makes fabulous food, so I decided to try it. This Kinder taco seasoning tastes better than the stuff you get in foil packages in the grocery store. For one, it’s obvious from the start that there’s less food coloring, because the food comes out a muted brownish-red color, rather than a lurid, radioactive red color. It takes a bit more Kinder to season the food than you’d think; instead of trying to “salt” your meat with it, try taking off the cap and using a tablespoon. Those grocery store packets often weigh as much as an ounce, for a dollar or more! So you can afford to use more Kinder to make your food nice and spicy. Kinder is not hot, but it is very flavorful, and has a nice balance between the cumin, chili powder, oregano, and garlic. A taco seasoning that goes too heavy on any of these four spices is not going to be good! Kinder has this balance just right. Kinder taco seasoning is a quality product sold at a good price. I’ll definitely be buying it over and over again.

This is our favorite taco seasoning. We used to buy it at sams club but they stopped selling it. We could not fid it anywhere for the longest time and finally found it here. Thank goodness. It has kind of a smokey flavor which we love.

our family’s favorite taco rub. harder to find than before. i pray they dont discontinue or else i’ll have to copy cat it at home (chipotle ground i’m prety sure). but how to get lime?
i find it for good prices at lucky and once in a while on sale on amazon here.
it’s got great citrus notes. and one important thing, compared to others: the grind is nicely consistent. no big chunks. easy to apply on meats and spread it around so there’s no burning chunks on the grill or pan and no flavor surprise bursts for the kids. that’s a main reason they love this–it’s well executed.

This seasoning is a regular “Buy Again” item for me, and I’m so glad I continue to find it stocked here! This is not your standard Old El Paso taco seasoning! We love the addition of lime, a bit more tang, and a mild spice level. Those who shy away from spice will be fine with this one, and if you like heat, feel free to continue to add hot sauce to your tacos! This isn’t the seasoning to use if you’re watching your salt intake – I think it’s higher sodium levels than a brand like McCormick, Old El Paso, Ortega, etc. That said, I think it’s worth it! I look forward to our “boring” homemade tacos now, whether we use ground beef, chicken, or shrimp. This Kinder’s seasoning definitely elevates a standard Taco Tuesday! The large bottle lasts us months at a time, and while it may seem like a higher price, I think you get great value for the money! I love the shaker lid and also how I can twist it off to fit in a tablespoon to measure properly. Overall, this is a high quality product and you won’t be disappointed!
