These are comfortable pillows. They hold their shape well and good support. The only downside side is there is a smell to them almost like rubbing alcohol. It reminds me of a hospital. It did fade over a couple days.

This pillow was great, at first. The cool side was cool as it should be. I took out some stuffing easily enough to make the firmness to my liking. But then after using it a few days, I noticed it didn’t feel cool anymore and it felt very hard. I went back to my old pillow for a few days and then went back to this one. It seems that it needs to rest in between uses! Very strange. Maybe I need to take out more stuffing but that wouldn’t help the cooling issue. Very sad this didn’t work as expected 😞

Smelled a bit off for about 2 days, but went away after that. Very firm and so thick that I had to take out half of the stuffing while my husband loves it as is. Slightly cooling. Very worth it and doesnt cause any neck pain or discomfort in the morning

I wasn’t sure I would like the shredded memory foam of the pillows but I love it. It gives support of a regular memory foam but with it being shredded it gives you freedom to form it how you need. The cooling was the main reason I bought it as my husband runs hot while sleeping and he had absolutely loved the cooling and has gotten better sleep.

I see why it comes with two pillows, I gotta take foam from one and add it to the other to get a nice firm pillow. These things are floppy and not enough foam in them.
