I have found the glucosamine and chondroitin (without the extra turmeric, MSM, etc.) works better for me. This is a great value for the money. It’s been working for me so I’d say the quality is good. The pills are large, but every brand is. At least these have a slick coating and it tastes like vanilla! So much easier to get down when it doesn’t melt and taste gross.

Mind blowing! I had an an X-ray done of my knee, then got a steroid shot, and it helped for about 5 months, the radiologist said I had close, if not already, a bone on bone situation, the pain came back and had gone on for almost a year and sometimes to the point where I was using crutches. I got this product on a whim, and after 5 weeks, my leg felt almost completely healed, now obviously, your results may vary, and time will tell, but for now, WOW!!! Highly recommended!

The product description says that the bottle contains 220 tablets; the bottle says 280. It is actually 280. Nice not having to drive 32 miles to Costco to buy their house brand. This medicine seems to be effective, but at 77 years of age, nothing is going to make all joint pain disappear. Happy enough to continue using it.

I was so glad to find this glucosamine condroiton!! Usually I have to go to Costco with my daughter to get these. I live in a rural area & the closest Costco is over 3 a hour drive. The price is the same. It was a speedy delivery even though I marked not to rush. This. Supplemental helps with my hips to have less pain. It is a quality product. I recommend it to anyone having joint problems.

La persona que lo toma es diabética, ya lleva tiempo consumiéndola y le ha dado buenos resultados para los dolores y molestias en las articulaciones, vale la pena todo por el bienestar de salud propia, esta presentación viene con un porcentaje más, si podes adquirir el pack de 2 frascos mucho mejor, ya que es una diaria, si es notable la diferencia si sos constante.
