You can feel the cooling sensation right after applying. It feels really refreshing on the lips.
When it’s time to peel it off, it comes off easily in one go without any hassle. After removing it, my lips felt moisturized and the cooling feeling stayed for a while, which I really liked!
Overall, a really nice lip mask that feels soothing and comfortable to use.

However, since I started using this product, my lips have stayed smooth and flake-free all day. It also helps my lipstick go on much more smoothly, which I really appreciate.
It contains menthol, so there’s a nice cooling sensation, and personally, I feel like it gives a slight plumping effect as well. Another feature I really like is the packaging—there’s a lock mechanism that prevents the product from leaking inside the tube. With other tube-type products, I often had issues with leaking, which made them hard to use for a long time. But this one stays clean and usable thanks to the lock, which is a big plus!!!

I like the product. The minty flavor is nice. Does a good job exfoliating lips. One thing to note – the top twists to open and close (not in the instructions). I totally missed this and now it’s clogged. I just got the product. Seems like a waste for the price to just use a few time. I hope the review helps others from the same issue.

This was awful! It left a white film under my eyes that had been there while speaking to a construction crew for over 30 mins and I didn’t see til I got home. So embarrassing. I had to literally rub it off- white gunk was all over my sink! And it didn’t even do a single thing for my under eyes. Returning asap.

I’ll be honest, it’s okay. It’s nice and cooling and very moisturizing. However, I get very little peeling and I KNOW I have chronic dry lips. So I’ll use this and then it’ll peel a little but rough patches are still left behind. Maybe I’m not putting it on thick enough??

Lala soothing lip mask surprised me. The cushion applicator helps smooth it over your lips and you immediately start feeling a cooling sensation. It does help with the appearance of lines on the lips but it also helps heal chapped lips by getting rid of flaking skin and hydrating the skin that’s left. Leaves your lips feel smooth and soft.

I really love this lip mask. It’s one of the few products that actually makes a difference for my lips. I use it before bed, let it do its thing, and then put on another overnight lip mask on top. By morning my lips feel noticeably smoother and more hydrated.
The peeling part is also oddly satisfying — you can literally see the dry skin come off without feeling harsh or irritating. It leaves my lips soft and prepped for whatever I put on after.
If you deal with dry or flaky lips, this is definitely worth trying.

My first use was great! Product dispensed perfectly. Felt it made my lips more hydrated. Went to use again and no product! I spent 5 minutes turning the top and squeezing until my fingertips were white. Absolutely nothing! Returning!
