I bought this item last February and I’m still enjoying it, so much I order two more in two different tones this week. The color stays as is, no smudges; the texture is soft and smooth, it applies easily, and in my situation, I don’t need a sharp point because I use it a eye shadow, not as a liner so it’s great as a round tip. It last all day but you see a bit on the crease; it wash fast with Cerave cleanser.

The LAURA GELLER NEW YORK Kajal Longwear Kohl Eyeliner Pencil in Soft Black Kohl goes on very smoothly and applies easily without tugging. The softer black shade is a great alternative to harsh black eyeliner, giving a more natural, flattering look. One downside is that it can be difficult to keep the line thin, and it needs to be sharpened with the built-in sharpener with nearly every application. Overall, it’s a good choice if you’re looking for a softer eyeliner look and don’t mind a little extra maintenance.

I was hoping that when using, the squat point would be helpful (the top of pencil resembles a Hershey kiss). When using on the eyelid, it is too thick and difficult to get a narrower line. I was able to sharpen, but of course, removes a lot of pencil ($$$). It is very creamy and color goes on easily. I do notice some fading after time. I do think this is a nice eyeliner pencil but is not working for me.

I am torn on how to review this product. The color is amazing. The “stay put” power is amazing. However, it is soooo fat, it is extremely hard to use and it does not sharpen well. Overall I am choosing to throw it away, but if they ever make a slim version, I would buy it again.

This is the best eyeliner ever! I trialled and errored about 4 others in the last few years. I wanted one that stays on all day. It is a bit more expensive but so worth it when it stays on all day. I like the thick nib and that it glides on and it has a fab range of colours.
